She treats my pets like they’re her own and provides such loving, gentle attention to them. Both of my cats can be a little tricky with other people. One is a bundle of attitude and the other can be skittish. Freesia always had such patience and never pushed their boundaries, and they love her for it! She would send pictures and updates so that I never had to wonder if she was there or how things were going.
