“We contacted Michelle the morning we wanted daycare for our dog and she cheerfully responded within minutes. Michelle provided wonderful, loving care and was super at communicating. She sent 5 pictures and a video of her walking him during his stay. Her home was lovely and the neighborhood is great for walking. I highly recommend Michelle for daycare or boarding.”

About: Hi there! I am Nicole, a meow-sitter 😻New in Rover but in real life I have been taken care of cats and trying to understand their unpredictable personalities for over 8 years. I have a cat, Felix, in my hometown and would love that someone would take care of him the same way as I would do it when I am away. That’s why I am here, to bring you peace while you can’t stay with your angel of 4 paws. About: I have loved dogs since I was a toddler! My first dog was a golden retriever mix and later I grew up with Yorkies and other small to medium-sized breeds. I currently have one fur-baby (Adonis) and he is a social butterfly! I believe our four-legged companions are family, which is why I'm dedicated to treating them with care and respect so they know they are loved. Adonis has his bedroom (The Doggie Suite) and would love to share his space with happy friends to play with! Working remotely from home allows me to accommodate our fitness goals. Adonis walks at least twice a day (morning and evening) and runs around in the yard in between. We enjoy exploring new and larger spaces throughout Hampton Roads such as various parks, beaches, and other safe & clean areas that promote healthy living. Most of our longer, more adventurous walks take place on the weekends. Due to my current full-time occupation, I am working in the office once per week on Thursdays only. If you need a visit through the week, Thursdays are the only days I am not physically home for most of the day (8am-6pm). I work remote all other weekdays and I am off on weekends. We have a fenced-in backyard for playtime or potty breaks. I can accommodate any specific routines regarding meals or medication that your loved ones need. Even though we do love music & movement, we keep the volume at a peaceful level and live in a non-smoking atmosphere. Whether your pal enjoys having their own space with quiet time or lots of cuddles with belly rubs, we have just the place they need. We hope you will allow your fur-baby (or fur-babies) to visit us for a relaxation session or an active adventure!

About: Hi there! I relocated from Germany to Norfolk around a year ago, leaving behind my dogs back home with my mom. Back in Germany, I had the pleasure of living in diverse settings—from serene, farm-like areas to bustling inner cities—where I regularly walked and cared for dogs, even alongside our feline friend who had no trouble mingling with larger dogs. Moreover, I've happily extended my care to friends' and neighbors' dogs, offering my help and experience to ensure their furry pals received the same love and attention as my own. Now settled here with ample free time while my husband practices medicine, I find myself missing the delightful company of dogs. With experience in both rural and urban dog care, I'm eager to fill my days by providing reliable, loving care for your furry companions. Let's ensure your dog's days are filled with walks, play, and plenty of TLC! Currently have a lot of free time while my partner is working and this is something I really like to do :).
