“This was our first time using Rover and Kathleen was a life saver. We needed a pet sitter last minute after Petsmart cancelled our reservation a day before our trip. Kathleen responded quickly to our last minute request and helped accommodate us. She sent us so many pictures during the sitting assuring us our “first born” was safe and hanging out with her new friends. Our 12 year old Shorkie is very attached to us and normally shuts down around strangers but she seemed extremely comfortable and excited to hang out with Kathleen and her family. “Blue’s first day here was a success! Louis has a great setup - large fenced in yard w lots of places to explore - tucked in at the end of a quiet street. Blue enjoyed lots of outside time & attention. On our earlier ‘meet & greet’ Louis welcomed Blue warmly & gave Blue time to check things out before introducing him to his dog, Barney. I got the sense that Louis is a real dog lover & would trust him with Blue again. Highly recommended!”

“We always try to take our dog, Kylo, with us when we go away, but sometimes that's just not possible. (For reference, Kylo is an energetic 3 year old Boxer mix that weighs about 70 pounds) Thankfully, Kylo has a home away from home at Joe's. Kylo gets plenty of cuddles, play time, and walks while we're away. It's a relief to know he's in good hands. .”

He responded promptly and we set up the times we needed daycare. He was flexible as our drop-off and pickup times had to be adjusted. “Brendon really is one of a kind. The attention and Care he gave my dog was more then I could have asked for. He treated him as if he was his own. Brendon has had many dogs and currently the owner of a beautiful well trained German Shepherd. When I was away for vacation Brendon not only walked my dog but went to my house to spend time him, and not just w few minutes he would stay for a long time to ensure he wasn't lonely and everything was in check. I frequently use Brendon whenever I am away or I get stuck af work and won't be back in time. He also watches after my sister's small dog, mine is much larger, a great dane to be specific. He can work with all dogs small to large. I highly recommend Brendon for all your dog needs. 10 stars!!!”
