“This was our first time using Rover and Kathleen was a life saver. We needed a pet sitter last minute after Petsmart cancelled our reservation a day before our trip. Kathleen responded quickly to our last minute request and helped accommodate us. She sent us so many pictures during the sitting assuring us our “first born” was safe and hanging out with her new friends. Our 12 year old Shorkie is very attached to us and normally shuts down around strangers but she seemed extremely comfortable and excited to hang out with Kathleen and her family. We were visiting from Florida for a few days, and asked her to watch our little Sushi while we spent time with family. Not only is Jaclynn super nice, friendly and full of positive energy, she runs her business like a pro, which we really appreciated. I think most dog sitters love the dogs - but Jaclynn is clearly very knowledgeable and really knows how to care for her guests, and keep them happy and engaged. “Blue’s first day here was a success! Louis has a great setup - large fenced in yard w lots of places to explore - tucked in at the end of a quiet street. Blue enjoyed lots of outside time & attention. On our earlier ‘meet & greet’ Louis welcomed Blue warmly & gave Blue time to check things out before introducing him to his dog, Barney. I got the sense that Louis is a real dog lover & would trust him with Blue again. Highly recommended!”
