“I have known Rachel for almost a decade now and she has always been a devoted, loving and caring pet owner. When she lived in New York, she was a proud rescued dog owner as well as the main caretaker to her family’s senior dog, and now is a mother to two beautiful rescued cats after making her move to Florida.
