My work schedule is wonky and I sometimes need to adjust pickup times and are very nice and flexible. Valerie did a great job allowing her to take her time getting comfortable as well as successfully introducing Lucy to cats. By the end of the day Lucy was able to lay down next to the cats. Something I thought was impossible before. All in all Valerie provided a welcoming environment!”

She kept me updated throughout the day with notes and photos, and she checked in when Chaia seemed to be sleeping more than usual (she was exhausted from playing with her sister the day before). Michelle is super thoughtful and I plan to have Chaia stay with her again!”
