Doggy Day Care in Forked River

“This was my first time leaving Salem ever and first time using the app. I was dropping him off with Corrine and her family within an hour of requesting her. Corrine was amazing and she updated me throughout the day pictures of Salem playing with the kids and her dog! He came with home and was exhausted from the day! It was such a huge help for me too. I will definitely be using Corrine again and have already recommended her to friends!”

“First off Shawn loves dogs, and has 3 of his own. A Great Dane who thinks she’s a lap dog, a super sweet black lab who sits in the sidelines while the third, a tiny Boston terrier runs the roost. I had a golden retriever “Chewie” for 12 years that Shawn would often walk if I was working too many hours or if I had to get away for a day or two. Chewie adored Shawn just the mention of his name would get him going. Recently I have been dog sitting for my niece and as I work overnights in hospital I asked him to let the dog out for me while I’m at my long shifts. He had never met this dog, but he walked right in and after being barked at briefly called Riley by his name and another best friend was born. Shawn has just retired from teaching elementary school for I think 33 years and is as trustworthy a human as I know. You absolutely are picking the right person to care for your pets.”

“Want to say I was extremely pleased with Brody's first day with Patty and her sweet gentle dog Tucker. Brody usually reacts with extreme anxiety when he encounters new people or situations. I had discussed this with Patty prior to dropping him off. As soon as she opened the door I was pretty sure that Brody would adjust easily. Patty was friendly and talked to Brody in comforting way. Tucker also greeted us with his gentle non threatening manner. Aside from a few anxious minutes when we first walked in Brody seem right at home. Patty sent me several pictures throughout the day that reassured me that I had definately made the right choice when choosing the care giver for my dog. It was clear to me that Brody was having a blast playing in the fenced in yard. Later in the day I received pictures of Brody sleeping with his head in Patty's lap. Loved this! I knew that my dog had learned to trust her within a short period of time and was perfectly content. Thank you Patty for being so kind and loving to my Puppy Boy. Very positive experience! Would love to have Patty take care of Brody again.”

“Danielle kept our girl Trixie for the day while we hosted a bbq for 65 people. Trixie is an escape artist if someone leaves the door or gate open more than 2 seconds so we knew we needed to send her to camp for the day. Danielle sent us a video of Trixie having a blast with the other dogs. Danielle was even flexible enough to deliver Trixie back to our home (same town) as a last minute request. We will definitely use her again. Thanks for pooping my girl out, she slept like a log that night.”

“Madison has walked Duke several times, and because of her friendly and caring nature, Duke took to her immediately. In fact, from our backyard he recently saw her walking another dog in the neighborhood and immediately ran to the front door, thinking she would be coming for him next. Duke has some issues with thunder and does not want to go out when he feels a storm coming on. Madison was schduled to walk him one rainy evening and he was not willing to go for walk. Madison got him to go out in the back yard to do his business, then she spent the remaining time playing with him and comforting him in the house. She even taught his ome tricks. Duke also has a leash reactivitiy issue when he sees other dogs. This did not faze Madison in the least, as she has experience with dogs with many such issues. Through our conversattions and intorduction to Duke, Madison also gave us some training tips, which have already proven to be helpful. She is caring and compassionate and her love of animals is so apparant, especially to the dog. We highly recommend Madison for all your pet needs.”

About: I have been a lover of animals my whole life. I had my soul mate dog Tobey for 15 years he was my best friend. Throughout my life I have taken care of friends and family members dogs while they are on vacation and I treat their dogs like my own. I currently have one cat named Max. I am willing to travel and stay at your house while you are away or I can do drop by visits if needed. I am currently a preschool teacher working during the week but I am available at night and on weekends. During the summer I am off so I am available everyday. I am looking for summer jobs to keep me busy. I will be willing to stay at your house or do drop in visits and will do whatever is needed to keep the pets regular routine consistent.
