5. Samantha L.
“Penny was a rescue dog and he had never left her overnight with anyone since we got her so I was a little nervous leaving her with somebody she didn’t know. Sam stopped by a couple of weeks before the stay for a meet-n-greet and after talking to her and seeing her interaction with Penny, I knew this was the right decision. Sam ended up staying two nights with Penny and my daughter’s dog, Mookie. She was awesome in providing updates and sending pics throughout the day. Penny has a lot of anxiety but seemed very relaxed when we returned. I will definitely use Sam in the future and recommend her to anyone who is looking for dog sitting/walking service.”

“Whenever I need someone to watch my dog, I always call Brooke. She’s great with him—feeds him, takes him on his favorite walks, and just generally makes sure he’s happy when I can’t be there. It’s nice to know I can rely on her, and my dog always seems happy when I get back. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a dependable pet sitter.”

14. Nicole C.
“Since 2009, Nicole has taken care of our sweet Maltese many times when we have gone on vacation. She is wonderful with animals and such a lovely person. She has been vigilant and responsible, and great about giving medications as needed. Sometimes she would even send him home freshly bathed! She has a wealth of experience both with single dogs (like us) and in multiple dog situations. I have even called her to ask her for advice when thinking about adding another dog to our family. Nicole is conscientious, honest, and kind. I highly recommend her for any type of pet care, and I would trust her with my furry family members anytime.”
15. Hannah D.

She’s taken additional courses at Asnuntuck Community College in the Veterinary Science field to further expand her knowledge on animal behavior and animal care. Hannah will treat your fur baby like her own!”

About: I’ve owned mainly dogs ever since I can remember. Over the years I’ve met friends that trust me and me alone to house sit and care for their animals, even a couple weeks at a time! *don’t be surprised if you come home to a sparkling clean house, along with a very happy pup* I’ve owned all ages of pups from newborn-elderly. My last boy passed away at the ripe age of 13. He was a special needs boy so I am very comfortable with older pups that have dietary needs and medication administration. I do work full time 8-4:30 in East Granby, CT. Usually it takes about 25-30 minutes to get back to Westfield. Weekends are usually open unless otherwise stated, and evenings are very flexible for drop-ins. I do not have any pets of my own at this time and no fenced in yard, so it is preferred that your pup stays in their home for their safety! I always keep dogs leashed except at fully fenced in dog parks (if the owner is okay with their pup in that environment).
17. Shea M.
“Shea is an amazing and thoughtful person and pet parent herself. While I haven't seen first hand how she handles animals at work I have had the pleasure of seeing how she takes care of her own pets. She is loving and caring and so patient with her dogs and birds. She is sweet and always wants to spend time with them. She's always thinking of what to get them for Christmas or another holiday, probably more than she even thinks about what to get people. She's loving and sweet and there is nobody I would trust more around animals.”

About: I have experience walking my family’s dogs. As a kid, we walked the dogs during the summer around the port to practice loose-lease and socializing. Now my family has one male dog named Scooter, a 1.5 year old Australian Cattle Herding/ Border Collie mix. He's energetic, friendly, and playful. We like to go for long morning walks in the woods off-leash. I find he's much better behaved, more relaxed, and less easily distracted the rest of the day. Open to long term stays! Early morning drop offs are preferred for dogs new to boarding, I find spending the entire morning and afternoon together can help make the transition easier into a new home and routine. I'm currently working part-time in the evening. I'm available for any services from 6:00am to 10:00pm on Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday, as well as 6:00am to 3:00pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. My schedule is very flexible. Your dog will have a fun, relaxing stay at our house with a 1/2 acre backyard, large park right down the street, & access to fenced in areas. My family's dog Scooter is very friendly and loves to play. I watch 1-2 dogs max in addition to Scooter. Scooter sleeps upstairs, your dog will sleep downstairs with me and have plenty of private space. Your dog will have a nice, quiet place to nap during the day and sleep at night. Crate trained is a plus, although it's not required. I make the crate a safe, positive structured experience with many treats. I will let the dogs out as often as possible, for as long as they want. I don't leave the house for more than 5 hours without letting the dogs out.
19. Jessica S.
“Jessica took very good care of Milo, I recommend her 100%”
20. Deborah H.
“We were so fortunate to find Deborah when our planned sitter had a conflict come up and none of our friends were available either. Deborah was attentive to my concerns, followed my very specific instructions about caring for our four cats, and communicated and sent photos regularly. She also took excellent care of our home. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a great cat and house sitter.”
