About: Tom and I adore animals and love taking care of them. Your pet will be given lots of affection, exercise, and cognitive stimulation here. We live in a house with a large, fenced backyard. We both work from home, so we are able to give them lots of love throughout the day. The animals can go outside as much as they'd like, and we also like to take them on several walks every day. We live close to several trails and would love to take them on hikes if you're comfortable with it. Your pet will have a buddy by their side pretty much all of the time. We are both very affectionate with the animals and love being able to experience their different personalities. We genuinely love being pet sitters and wish we could do it full time!! Right now we don't have any pets of our own, and are loving meeting lots of dogs/cats with a variety of personalities. :) Tom grew up with dogs, and I grew up with cats and dogs, and we both have helped take care of friend's and family's dogs since we were children. We have been watching dogs and cats through Rover together for about 2 years. We have experience with caring for special needs, elderly, high-energy animals, and puppies/kittens. We both love animals and are really thankful to be able to meet and hang out with so many awesome animals. ☺️ We both work remotely (and Tom also drills at a veterinary unit in the army for a few days every month), which gives us the flexibility to give plenty of attention to your pet throughout the day. Your baby will receive a lot of love and affection here. At least one of us is almost always at home. In our free time, we love going outside and enjoying the mountains. We would love bring your pet along on hikes if you're comfortable with it. We live near several parks, and would love to throw the ball/frisbee with them if you're comfortable with it. For kitties, we will love playing with them with their favorite toys, too. Your animal will be well loved when they are with us. It is important to us that we discuss their unique needs and habits together in order to ensure that they will feel relaxed, at-home, safe, happy, and comfortable here. We send a lot of photo updates too so that you can be rest assured that they're being loved well, and so that when you miss them, you can see all the pics. ☺️ Typically, we do not feel comfortable having dogs or cats from different families over at the same time. The exception would be if both dogs or cats do well with new animals, and if both owners are comfortable with their dogs or cats being here with the other pet. We want everyone to be safe, comfortable, relaxed, and happy when they are here with us. We understand that every dog and cat is unique and requires specific care. We want to respect and reflect your routines and training modalities when they are here with us. We will do our best to make them as comfortable and relaxed as possible during their time with us. We have a lot of love to give, and we love them like they are our own.

They have never taken to a sitter as quickly as they did to Melissa and I didn't have to come back after 10 days of being away to any home destruction. She is great with the dogs and will happily book her again to sit for us.”

About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life. As a result, I love spending time with all types of animals. I'm an active individual who will take good care of your pet! I'm currently in between jobs and working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet! Week days or weekends work for me as well as mornings/afternoons/evenings. I have plenty of yard space as well as walking trails. My vehicle has plenty of space for day exertions too. As far as crating, I can set up a crate if provided.
