About: I have worked with Pets Are Worth Saving TN, and Kathy’s Pampered Paws extensively throughout the past 10 years as a foster home and senior care home. My wife and I have housed dozens of senior dogs for months at a time and have cared for many litters of puppies throughout their firs 12 weeks before they find homes. My wife and I work from home with regular breaks. We don’t have specific hours we are required to work but have a few 30-60 minute meetings we attend each week over Zoom. They are usually staggered so there is always one of us watching and playing with the pups! I have fenced in, half acre backyard and an enclosed sunroom that has been pet-proofed! I have three well trained, friendly dogs! One is a 4 year old Husky, One is a 3 year old Maltese Yorkie, and the other is a 1 year old lab. They have spent many days in daycare with other dogs and love to play! However, we are able to use the sunroom and our upstairs to keep the dogs separate if you wish!
2. Kandace H.
“Kandace was amazing with my dogs! I needed someone pretty last minute and she responded right away. Her home is perfect for doggy daycare as she has a fenced in yard with plenty of space for all the dogs to play together. My dogs can be a little iffy sometimes but she was super patient with them and they fell in love with her right away! I would definitely go back to Kandace again!”
3. Kayla R.
About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs for upwards of 20 years. Also I have some experience with training dogs. I am comfortable with both young and older pups and can make sure your pup is comfortable until you return home. I have a dog that takes meds and can give your dog oral meds if necessary too. I am a stay at home mom of a 3 year old. We are always home and playing out in the yard. If needed to leave, I can wait for my husband to get home so someone could always be here with your dog. I have two dogs of my own that I take out often for playtime and potty breaks so adding another to the mix is normal! My dogs are not crated but can crate yours if necessary or wanted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture however we have multiple pet beds for them to have comfy spots to lay. We have many toys and can offer bones or treats with owner approval.

17. Shelzzea R.
About: I’ve been in animal welfare for 8 years. I worked at a non profit spay and neuter clinic for 3 years then went to school to get my degree in Animal Science once I was out I started working at an exotic animal clinic until I had my son. I wanted to stay in the business of caring for animals while being able to be home more and started doing dog boarding. I absolutely love being able to take care of all the fur babies without the stress of a clinic environment or boarding facility where they can feel like they are home and safe and have freedom to run around and not be in a kennel. I will guarantee you the peace of mind you need because I understand and experienced what it’s like leaving your fur babies behind and picking them up while they were under bad care and I would never want anyone to feel like I felt ! I work part time at Pet Palace so I have plenty of time to be home and take care of your fur baby and give them all the attention they need. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to play I also have 2 dogs of my own that love playing with others and would be so excited to have new friends to play with ! My fur babies hate the outdoors but I’m sure they will enjoy having others to play with and maybe give them encouragement to play In the water lol

About: Its been my personal passion to love and take care of animal of all shapes and sizes. I grew up next to a farm allowing me the opportunity to care for all animals big or small. It’s my personal mission to make sure your fur babies feel, safe, happy, and healthy in my care. Animal care is my main focus, my end goal is to become a certified veterinarian so I can continue with a career I love. I am available Monday through Friday, but I am willing to work on weekends as well. I have a very friendly 7 month old puppy, he is full of energy and loves to play with any dog type. When your fur baby is in our care they will be treated like family. We do not have a huge yard to play in but we do regular park trips and hiking trails at least twice a day to get that energy out.
19. Danielle C.
About: Growing up we always had dogs, cats, and birds. I have experience with many different breeds of dogs and cats. I’ve taken care of snakes, birds, and several species of rodents. I love all animals! I currently have 4 sphynx cats that are my babies. All pets are treated with love and respect as if they’re my own kids. I currently don’t work and so your baby will never be left alone while with me. They will be provided with daily walks and snuggles! 🥰 I have a private fenced in yard and easy access to go in and out as needed. For the safety of my pets and everyone else’s I do not use harsh chemicals in my home and or anything fragrant (ie burning candles, plug ins). The safety of my babies and your babies are extremely important to me.
