“We had a fantastic experience with Natalia and Avraham. They watched our dog, Winston, in their home for 5 days and updated us every step of the way. We received multiple pictures daily and they even had Winston playing with puzzles and new toys which he loved! He seemed very comfortable with them and they clearly are dog lovers as well. “Melissa was phenomenal! She was so compassionate, patient, and flexible with my unpredictable schedule and complicated family dynamic. I had a very challenging month trying to balance work while being the primary caretaker of my 3.5 senior chihuahua who recently has been getting monitored/treated for sepsis and potentially cancer. She helped create a customized plan for the week with me, made sure to send me updates and pictures (without having to ask), and most importantly she created a plan for any emergencies that could transcend. I felt very safe having my dog in her hands. If you have a dog who needs a lot of love and structure, I strongly recommend Melissa. She really does care for all her clients and the owner. Thank you again Melissa for simply being there for me during that challenging time and just reaching out to see how Pappino was doing. Means more than words can express.
