Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

To explain, I had to go into my office LAST minute and at 1230 am it was my first time using this app and I posted requests for someone to basically dog sit for the same day- she was immediately responsive even though it was a last minute request. I saw she had already gotten consistent great reviews and I was worried to leave my 7 week old shih tsu (like a baby) with anyone ) -Jameeka she handles all dog ages - she was responsive, kept me updated throughout the day.
