She immediately connected with my very difficult dog, approaching him with patience and kindness. She has been incredibly flexible and has been able to help us in several last minute situations, and has just been a joy to work with. She stayed with Artie for several days when we had to travel, and she was incredibly communicative, checking in regularly, blending pictures, and gave us important updates on his behavior. “Just wow. Emily stayed at our home for a little over a week and cared for dog like he was her own. Our dog is anxious and has leash reactivity as well as some long term health issues. She was knowledgeable in handling him and managed his daily med administrations. Emily also went above and beyond by doing two in-person meet ups to get acquainted with Bouldin, snuggled with him, and bathed him prior to our return. We will be a customer of Emily's for as long as she will have us. Light years better than any dog resort/boarding facility.”
