“Hannah rocks. She responds right away and had no problem meeting us in person before taking care of our dogs. We have too mutts that think they are pretty tough and Hannah was able to approach them knowing it was all a show. She plied then with treats and they were all instant buddies, despite our dogs’ incessant barking. She showed true patience with them and such honesty with my wife and I. She even corrected a payment error that would have worked in her favor and was honest about traveling out of state in case that was a concern for us regarding COVID. She was totally understanding of our precautions, our house was left in pristine shape in spite of our sloppy dogs, and she is will to go above and beyond for our doggos. She changed out a bandage on one dog’s leg who had a hotspot. I would without hesitation hire Hannah again due to her care for our dogs, her open communication and honesty with us, and her down to earth nature.”

“Mariah was wonderful. Daily updates and photos. She visited us twice beforehand to meet our dogs to make sure everyone was comfortable. Left the house clean and tidy. Our dogs are a 96lb pitbull and 50lb labradoodle so she had her hands full, but did a great job. Highly recommend!”

“Karina was amazing with our animals! She was more than accommodating when my cat required to be at a separate location than the dogs, and I never once was worried about them. She sent the cutest pictures and detailed updates which I really appreciated!! The dogs and cat were all super happy and relaxed. HIGHLY recommend and will be using her in the future.”

“Taniyah did a wonderful job looking after our house and pets. Our elderly chihuahua, Mambo, hasn't been cared for by anyone new in many years and we weren't sure how he would react to a stranger (outside of the meet and greet) but we came home to a calm and happy dog, a clean house, and two indifferent cats (which makes sense because, you know, cats). We hope Taniyah will be available in the future because she is marvelous!”

“Rachel was an actual life saver. She happened to be available last minute when my son had a health emergency and we couldn't fly home. She helped my animals with the emotional trauma of being left alone for far too many hours by my neighbors the week before. She did everything in her power to give them as much time with her in my house as possible and it was just amazing! I could tell from the pictures she sent that they felt comfortable around her. She really cared about making them feel better after the week that they had had and it meant a lot to me. Should we leave town again before we move I will 100 percent try to use her. I highly suggest her!”

She even put up with about 30 hours of no lights or hot water when a transformer blew down the street the day I left with no problem. Over the top service.”

She took pictures and videos and kept in touch with us which we really appreciated. She was especially great with our special needs old lady couch queen Maggie. Millie loved her too.
