Kimberly got back to my inquiry within 15 minutes, and was able to help me with less than 12 hours notice. Upon my request, I asked if she could come by the house so I could leave her all my (insane and overly protectiveness) notes. We had initially agreed to 30 min drop-ins everyday, but after I met her I asked if she could do 2 visits a day, which she was able to accommodate my worry for leaving my cat alone. Kimberly provided photos of my cat EVERY VISIT and messaged me every time I needed to check-in (for my sanity). I had interior cameras set up and could honestly look in when I was curious, but she was amazing and meeting all my cats needs. Her interaction, and updates showed me that aside from me, and including my daughter, my cat seemed to love her almost as much as me! My cat was even following her out every visit the last few days! Kimberly loved my cat, and even fed the outdoor birds & squirrels in my absence since they are my cats TV entertainment throughout the days. ***Note: I didn't even return to a "present" from my cat! About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who friends and family regularly trust to care for their pets while they travel. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. Your dog will enjoy plenty of love, supervised play, and a safe, comfortable home where they’re never just “watched,” but genuinely cared for. I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. It’s a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and loved while you’re away. I choose thoughtful exercise and enrichment to keep them happy and give them plenty of opportunities to burn energy and excitement.
