Charlie loves everyone and likes to talk about it. Lucy is a very reserved but wants to check things out in case she need to hide. When Regan first met them, she came over to get the key. Lucy was like, "hey lady, 'sup?..", took 2 little ear scratches, and walked off (high praise from her). Charlie was like, "HELLO! You smell like friend." Given this response I knew these goobers would be in great hands. After both visits, when we came in, the girls were on the sofa like, "Dang... It's not Regan, just the parents," and promptly returned to sofa-mode. For our overnight, we returned to a nicely tidy house and happy dogs. (Not the case with other sitters.) About: I have worked in veterinary medicine for 10 years (6 years with Companion Animal Wellness Center and 2 years with Tender Touch Animal Hospital, and two years with animal emergency and speciality center) and I also worked in animal rescue for two years at Pasado's Safe Haven. I have two friendly golden retrievers who truly love other dogs and are gentle, playful, and well-socialized. I’m experienced with a wide range of personalities—from high-energy pups who need lots of playtime to senior dogs who prefer a calm, cozy environment. I treat every dog as if they were my own, paying close attention to routines, feeding schedules, medications, and individual quirks. I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m available for both short-notice needs and bookings well in advance as you plan your travels. My goal is to be your go-to sitter whenever you need reliable, loving care. I have a large fully fenced yard and two friendly, well-socialized golden retrievers who enjoy playing in the backyard by a game of chase and/or fetch. I closely monitor playtime and all interactions, follow each dog’s routine, and can crate, separate, or provide quiet space if needed in order to keep all dogs in my care stress/free, comfortable and happy. Safety, comfort, and trust are always my top priorities. This isn’t just a place where you drop your dog for the day or for a trip. It’s a calm, loving environment where dogs feel safe and loved while you’re away.
