“Sam is wonderful with my beagle mix, Kahlo. Kahlo is quite an anxious guy and can be a bit of a handful. But he's done well with Sam. I'm so grateful for the walks my pup gets on long days, and let's just say that I have a strong feeling Sam gets more steps in with Kahlo than I'm able to! We always have a fun photo for the day and I feel like my little guy is in good hands, as well as my home safe with Sam. :)”

About: I’ve been dogsitting every summer for 3 years and absolutely adore meeting new furry friends! I’ve had pets all my life and have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, small birds, and reptiles. I am also a pet portrait artist so if you would like to commission a painting of your furry friend I would love to paint them! I’m currently attending school full time but have various breaks in between classes where I'd be more then happy to stop by and check on your pet(s), additionally, I'm out of class every day by 5pm so I'm nearly always available for evening check ins. I'm free anytime on the weekends and can care for your pet(s) anytime you need. If you have any questions about availability I'd be happy to answer them. When caring for pets, I will always insure their safety and comfort. Whether staying overnight with a pet or just checking in on them, I always look for any signs of discomfort, check that they have access to water, and make sure to play with them so that they can get some energy out.

About: Much of my animal experience comes from not only owning but also veterinary experience, grooming, daycare and volunteer work! Loving animals is dream job 🫶🏽 Currently, I have a flexible schedule for you and your fur babies convince! (: Prefer morning activities but can work with afternoon and night shifts I am familiar with dog/cat behavioral traits and characteristics through years of experience in order to more comfortably and safely interact with your paw-pals 🐾

About: I fostered kittens when I was in high school and have since worked as a vet tech assistant and a kennel attendant. I have also been a pet sitter on and off throughout that time (at least 10 years). At my jobs, I have learned how to medicate animals, bottle feed kittens, understand dog and cat body language and much more. I am a zoology student with an interest in animal behavior. I have 2 cats and have had dogs, a hamster and guinea pigs. I would love to care for and get to know any species of pet! I am available any day of the week for house sitting and visits. Unfortunately I’m not available for morning visits. I will consider boarding for animals that can get along with my 2 cats (no cats or dogs who aren’t the best at boundaries). I will follow your instructions carefully and reach out if I need to make any unexpected decisions. I want to make you feel confident that your pet is being cared for in just the way you want so you don’t have to worry at all while you are away. At the same time I have a passion for animal behavior and, should the need arise, love finding creative solutions to problem behaviors that works with the pet’s wants and needs instead of against them. I like sharing pictures and updates if that is something you want. :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats and other pets since I was young. Friends, neighbors and family members have trusted me to take care of their furry friends many times. I love dogs and cats the most and would absolutely adore spending time with yours! I’m a college student and would love the extra money to pay towards my student fees. Every day I miss the furry friends I had to leave at home and would love to spend some time with yours! I make it my upmost priority to make sure all pets are safe and engaged. I have no problem following any protocols you normally practice in your home, whatever makes your pets the most comfortable!

About: I’ve been taking the neighborhood dogs on walks ever since I could hold a leash. I’m a cat mom to my love, Gio, who means the world to me. I don’t have the stability just yet to welcome a dog into my family, so I get very excited whenever I have a run-in with a local dog, and I would absolutely love to care for yours. Don’t hesitate to ask about non-traditional pet care! 🐕‍🦺🐈🐐🐄🐇🦎 I’m a recent graduate (B.A. Psychology) awaiting responses from programs I’ve applied to, so I have plenty of time to check in on your fur babies with little notice. I have a skittish cat who will bolt due to fear if the call of the wild leads him outside, so I am used to being on high alert when it comes to doors and windows. I’ll respect your home as if it were my own. 🏡
