“If you’re looking for someone who will give your fur baby a lot of attention and care you want to hire John. John was just amazing! I was very worried about my babies and actually considered cancelling my vacation. Thank goodness I found John. I really felt like I hired a team of compassionate, attentive and extremely qualified people. His Mom is a pet trainer and I could immediately see she would be fantastic and intended to care for my cats as well. She also gave me some excellent advice to make transporting my cats easier. I received updates and pics every day. My younger cat, Shay Shay, can be difficult because she’s so shy around new people. But John hung in there and gently engaged with her and she ultimately started playing with him. Five days is not a lot of time so that was HUGE. A great friend of mine is excellent with cats. She volunteers at a shelter and regularly fosters. It took several visits for Shay Shay to stop hiding from her. ??? I’m so grateful for the care, attention and love John and his family gave my babies. It was an excellent experience.”

“Lexi had her first sleepover with Julia 😱. It went so well and Lexi was so well taken care of. Julia kept me updated with pictures and comments. I had to change/extend my pickup and Julia accommodated and even offered and provided dinner for Lexi as I had not planned for it. She is very kind and careful with Lexi which I really appreciate.”

“I would like to start by saying, in general I am a skeptical person who does not trust people with my dog because like others, my dog is my child. With that being said, I needed a dog sitter short notice while I went on a family vacation to Africa and prior arrangements fell through. Hesitant, I knew that a sitter would be best for me because I didn’t like the idea of boarding him at a facility. My dog weighs 4 lbs and is still a puppy, he seeks love and companionship. While scrolling through Rover I found Diane and I am happy I did. She was amazing in every aspect. She kept me posted about my dog with text, videos, and pictures several times throughout the day. She gave him sooooo much love and affection, responded fast and answered any questions I might have. She was very accommodating to me and Kobe. She treated him like he was her dog. “Our dog Pixel had such a wonderful time at Ashley and Gibson's!!! Going away on vacation was always put on the back burner because leaving our dog with someone was something stressful to think about. I'm so glad we found Ashley and Gibson! I think Pixel had a better vacation than we did! She had a great time meeting new doggy friends, playing with toys that Ashley and Gibson provided, and soaking in the sun on their big deck. It didn't take much time for Pixel to ease right into their "pack". Getting photo and video updates really put our mind at ease and allowed us to enjoy our vacation. You can tell that Ashley and Gibson are really great with dogs, and overall just very nice, genuine people. Our only fear was that Pixel wouldn't want to come home with us when we got back!
