Tritia was very good. Nyra was so comfortable there. She even felt sad after leaving. I loved the care Tritia provided to Nyra. They really focused on cleanliness which is good.. also they took her out for a walk. Thanks Tritia for taking care of Nyra. I’d certainly book again.

Lea was an exceptional sitter! First, the meet and greet went very well. My dogs and I got to see her beautiful backyard, and Lea shared her dog sitting philosophies with me. I could tell she had a lot of experience and seemed like she genuinely loves dogs. The actual visit went amazing! Lea sent me very frequent updates and was incredibly in-tuned to my dogs' individual/unique needs. She went above and beyond by cleaning my dog's eyes when they got watery, cleaned his paws, and spoiled them with fresh meat toppers - all without being asked! When I picked up my dogs, they were happy and I could tell they were well cared for. Would 1000% recommend!!

She was a loving petsitter and a great communicator, sending just the right amount of pictures and updates--keeping me informed without overwhelming me with information. Puff is always very happy after her time with Katharine. I really trust her and am happy to have found her!

Kendis is a natural dog lover. Our normally anxious Appa immediately took to liking her. She was very kind and intentional with Appa’s care. She asked a lot of good questions about Appa’s schedule, diet, and habits. Highly communicative and sent us regular updates and photos. We’re already planning on booking Kendis again when we go out of town!

Tommy was a terrific sitter! Not only was he so accommodating towards my last minute request to have him pick up my pup, I could tell he is genuinely interested in providing the best care possible with the questions he had asked. He often sent pictures and helped me feel reassured during the duration of Chia's stay, even though I was thousands of miles away. Could not recommend him more, 10/10!

My cat’s stay with Paola and her pets actually made him a happier, more socialized cat. Paola was compassionate to both Mikko and myself during my first long vacation away from him. She sent daily photos, videos, and honest updates about his mood, eating habits, and progress from an “only child” kitty to a cat that can be happy in a new, safe environment. I’m so glad I found Paola as a caretaker for Mikko and will be reaching out again in the future to her first when I have any new travel plans! 💕

Not only does she have a big heart for everybody and everything, her work ethic and sense of responsibility is outstanding. She is very detail-oriented, accommodating, and will give anything her 100%. She is great with communication and providing updates on your pup, and my dog has absolutely fallen in love with her. Look no further, Erica is the best!

Nicole is an excellent caretaker of our dog Tanooki. She's very responsive and sends frequent updates throughout the stay. More importantly she is kind, patient and super loving to our dog. Tanooki is very anxious and has separation anxiety, but Nicole's love and care has made him feel very comfortable and calm. I'll definitely be using her in the future whenever we need someone to look after our dog!

OMG!!! Where do I start? This was our first time using Kevin and Alda and definitely won't be our last!!! They went above and beyond accommodating our dog Rex. A week before our vacay we had set up a time for a meet and greet to have Rex meet Kevin and Alda's 4 dogs (Fidel, Ninja, Meika and Eisen) but.... The night before we were all supposed to meet, Rex had a random accident in our yard. He was running around minding his merry life when suddenly we heard the loudest most horrible scream ever! Rex then came limping back to the front door, ran to the bed and laid down. By the next morning he could NOT WALK! That day we were in ER all day with Rex not knowing if something bit him OR if he pulled or tore something. He was in so much pain that even with pain injection, the vets could not examine him and he had to be sedated. This all started on Sat morning at 7:30am. We were supposed to meet Kevin and Alda at noon that day. I started updating them around 8am telling them Rex was injured, we didn't know what happened and we'd likely have to postpone our meet and greet. By about noon, Rex was sedated and we had to leave him at the ER a few hours not knowing what was happening, which again I communicated to Kevin through the Rover app. About an hour later Kevin reached out and asked if my bf, Mateo and I had eaten yet. He said him and his wife wanted to stop by and bring us food because they figured we had not eaten yet. We had NEVER met before! WHO DOES THAT?!!! I'll tell you who... dog lovers and good, kind hearted people! I was going to decline but decided that by doing so I'd discourage them from being gracious again in the future so I agreed and confirmed our address. Within half an hour they pulled up, with all 4 dogs in the car and brought Hawaiian take out. We stood in the driveway talking for awhile and I shared my fears about Rex and what might be the worst outcome. We all hugged and said some positive thoughts and then they left and a couple hours later we picked up our very loopy dog. He had no idea what had happened to him. By the time his sedation wore off we quickly found out he COULD NOT STAND and he COULD NOT WALK!!! He went from being a very active, hyper, high energy dog, to not being able to do anything, the least of which was going to the bathroom. EVERY SINGLE DAY from that day forward, Kevin and/or Alda communicated with me about Rex' progress. Again... WHO DOES THIS when they don't even know you? Kevin and Alda! That's who!!! We had decided to play it by ear and they had confirmed that they could and would care for Rex while we went out of town that wknd on a scheduled trip we could not postpone. The vet had confirmed Rex had a HERNIATED DISC and we were told we had to keep him crated and as IMMOBILE as possible for 30 days!!! 30 days!!! OMG! The vet also said he should not try to walk, jump, or go up and down stairs, all of which were and still are not possible for him. To boot we live on a hill and our property has stairs everywhere. On day 1 after ER he could not even stand on his feet when we carried him outside to try to potty. By day 2 I was messaging Kevin and Alda telling them that Rex couldn't stand and that meant we had to carry him outside to go potty AND we were ordering diapers for him but we also didn't think it was fair for them to have to care for a completely disabled dog when we had first booked when our dog was not at all injured. To my shock and dismay, despite them realizing that Rex might be completely immobile still by the weekend AND would need diaper changes and meds AND to be lifted when taken outside to try to potty, they STILL SAID YES!! And, each day Rex got stronger and surprised us all. By day 2 he stood up! By day 4 he took 2 steps. By day 5 he finally peed with his leg up AND squatted and was able to poop! By then he had already had a couple big "accidents" so we were very worried. Alda ended up telling me they had had a dog who got injured and also had to stay crated and in diapers so they were perfectly well versed in helping Rex and the biggest thing was... they still WANTED TO HELP REX. So the whole week we were so torn on how we could do this. We couldn't even take Rex over to their home ahead of time for a meet and great so... again to my TOTAL SURPRISE Kevin and Alda came to the rescue offering to come to OUR HOME (the night before we would have to drop Rex off at their home) so that they could do a meet and great with him ahead of time. Again... WHO DOES THIS? INCREDIBLE PEOPLE, that's who!!! So the next day we got Rex over to their home in his crate... with diapers. They had him for 3 nights. As soon as we got there and carried him to a corner of the BIG YARD where all the dogs would go potty, this boy went to town and kept going for a good 10 minutes. The whole time Kevin was right there supporting him, being patient, and helping him stand while he did his business. Then came the official meet and greet with all the dogs. We got Rex' crate in their house and all 5 dogs (their 4 plus 1 more guest) were in the bedroom behind a closed door waiting. We got Rex into the living room and I sat on the floor next to him and let him stand while one by one Kevin let one dog out at a time to meet Rex and let Rex sniff them. He did great! And considering he still can't walk and can only stand for a little while, this was a BIG deal. I was afraid he'd get over stimulated or excited and try to start jumping (like he normally would've done before getting injured) but he didn't. He stayed calm. Then we put all dogs back in the other room while I got Rex in his crate AND THEN we let all 5 dogs out to roam around Rex. I told Kevin and Alda to use their best judgment about letting the other dogs hang with Rex through the weekend as long as he didn't get hyper and try to walk or jump. Throughout the weekend they sent us videos and pics of Rex living his best life despite his inability to play. Kevin brought him outside, opened the hatchback of their SUV and put Rex' bed in their then laid Rex on there and sat next to him while Rex got to sit and happily observe the other dogs playing and be happy he got to be with the pack despite not being able to play with them. Chosing Kevin and Alda to care for Rex was THE BEST DECISION WE COULD'VE MADE FOR REX. We have another trip scheduled a month from now and will definitely use them again... and AGAIN AND AGAIN IN THE FUTURE! Were hoping by then he might start walking. By then it will be 7 weeks since his accident. Time will tell but he's definitely getting stronger every day. Best fur baby parents and sitters ever! TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! If I could give 10 STARS, I would!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our injured baby as if he was your own AND making his experience with you help him feel included and loved despite his limitations!!!

We booked Sylvia again after a great first stay. Thank you to Sylvia and her husband for taking care of our babies very well! They felt comfortable and enjoyed staying with her. She went beyond and above again and really allowed Snow and Aspen to feel right at home. Also, thankful she helped our fur babies be social with other pootches. She was very responsive and always sent updates which I loved watching. Thank you again!
