About: I've had the joy of having dogs and cats in my life for as long as I can remember, and over the years, I've also gained experience taking care of birds, bunnies, and chickens. As a retired couple, we're home all the time and have a spacious, half-acre fenced yard where your pets will feel safe and comfortable. With our flexible schedule, we're able to offer both boarding and daycare services, and we promise to treat your pets like they're part of our family. Whether it's cuddling with our dogs and cats or caring for other animals, we're always ready to provide the love and attention your pets deserve. Pet care is an important part of my daily routine and something I genuinely enjoy. I organize my schedule around the pets I care for to ensure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and rest. Since I only accept a maximum of 3 pets at a time for boarding or daycare, I’m able to give each one the personalized care they deserve. This also helps me create a calm and safe environment, especially for smaller dogs, as it prevents them from feeling overwhelmed or at risk around larger or more energetic pets. About: I grew up on an a small animal farm in Florida. Growing up in this environment taught me a lot about hard work, dedication and responsibility. On our farm we had numerous animals, some including goats, donkeys, cow and chickens. In addition we had many horses, cats and dogs. I had many responsibilities on the farm such as feeding, mucking out and general care. I have also had many exciting experience such as helping give birth to foals and baby donkeys. Growing up on this farm helped me realize my love for horses. So I took it up as a full time sport the past 12 years and I loved every second of it. In those 12 years I have had the opportunity to work with different breeds, young horses and ride different disciplines. In addition to working with horses, I helped train and look after my two huskies. These two are very energetic and high maintenance so, it was a tough job at first but now they are very well behaved. Over the past few years I have taken up pet sitting as a part time job. I have been able to pet sit many different breeds of dogs and cats. Furthermore, I have had the opportunity to pet sit horses and other livestock. I currently am looking to take up pet care as a part time job as I am currently home for some time. Therefore, I have plenty time to spend with your pets. Currently I have two dogs and a horse at home. I spend most of my day playing, feeding and providing care to them. I hope to provide your pet and your home with the same exceptional care. With being attentive, responsible and caring. About: I’ve raised two puppies from scratch—a Labrador and a Golden Retriever—so I know how to handle high energy, potty training, crate training, and all the chewing that comes with it! About: I’ve grown up with labs and other large mixed dogs for my entire life, and rescued my personal pup. I can work w elderly dogs I am currently a student getting her Master’s in Social Work and it is online, therefore, I have plenty of time to entertain and play with your pups! I care for my dogs by keeping them active, lots of cuddles, and ensure they are leashed outside unless told otherwise! I do not sit at my personal home, but am open to house sit.

About: My name is Heather and animals hold a special place in my heart. I have 4 dogs my self and enjoy every min with them. Our pets are more then just pets they are family. I love to play and entertain all animals big and small. I am currently working as an independent contractor with home health care. I help take care of the elderly. About: Hi, My name is Dan, and I love animals. I have over 30 yrs. Of experience with cats, dogs, horses and rabbits, as I grew up on a farm. I am available to walk your dogs, feed your dogs, cats, or other animals, etc, on short term notice. I am patient, attentive, and if you are going to be gone, I ask that you book my services for twice a day. I am also willing to possibly house sit, as long as you understand that my own furry children would be coming along with me. I did grow up on a farm, the only animals I really don't feel comfortable with are rats or snakes. If I don't accept a booking, it is most likely due to a scheduling conflict or personality differences. Animals are just like people. It is stressful enough for them meeting new people, so if they or I look uncomfortable, I'd rather not accept the booking. I am non confrontational and it's never anything personal. Dog Walking: If you book for me to walk your dogs, please know that I can only handle one large, two medium, or three small dogs at the same time. I also do not mix multiple clients, so if I am walking your dog (s), then I am walking your dog (s)! Drop In Visits: Some people prefer twice a day, others once. I am willing to do either, provided that the cat (s)/ dog (s) in question have plenty of dry food, water, etc, available at all times. House sitting: Yes, I am available for house sitting! If you only need me for one night, I am available at the last minute for those who are in Lubbock, Texas. If you need me for more than 1 night, I will need a separate bedroom where I can keep my own two girls. As much as I love what I do, and would love to help you out, I can't just leave my own girls behind. My cats are house broken, fixed, and have traveled with me many times in the past. For extended stays of more than 5 days, I am willing to travel further than just here in Lubbock. There is no additional charge for extra animals on house sitting. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. I'm self employed so I can set my own schedule, as I do this and other gig jobs right now. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.

About: I've been around dogs my entire life. Also used to be in nuisance wildlife removal which is a form of animal control, so I am very knowledgeable when it comes to every single species in the animal kingdom. While I do have an independent company for dog walking. Rover seems to be a good medium to get more clients. I recently started this venture because my dog of 13 years had passed away, and since I have no plans on getting another animal for the foreseeable future, I found it would be therapeutic to be able to interact and care for other people's animals. They will receive the best care! I will always make sure they frequently use the bathroom, and get good walks in to make sure their nails are kept in good condition so you don't have to mess around with clipping them. Also my furniture is 100% accessable for all pets I sit invade they need a comfortable place to rest. ☺️ DISCLAIMER: I CANNOT SIT CATS DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES. APOLOGIES TO CAT PARENTS. I am legitimately always free during the week. Any other work I do is from home so your pets will always get attention and love. I also love going on walks so they will definitely get to do that a lot! I also have leashes of my own as well as dog dishes for food and water. My house has a pretty big backyard but it's not fenced in a traditional way. It has a guard to make sure people are not on the golf course, but if I ever do let your pet outside in the backyard then they'll always be on a leash with me close behind. That's only really if they have to use the bathroom in a quick manner because then I clean it up afterwards. I also have some dog toys lying around if they're interested in that! Always will find some kind of activity to do with your pets.

About: We love all animals! Recently we arrived in Florida looking for more outdoor living and escaping from Idaho weather. In my country I am a veterinarian (Maria) which gives me a lot of experience with pets, and farm and exotic animals. I’ve been taking care of dogs, cats, horses, iguanas and every animal you could imagine since I was a kid. My family and I have had a maximum of 6 cats and 2 dogs at the same time. And we love that crowd!! In Idaho we used to pet sit at our home and my husband took care of our guests at home while I was working. We adopted Choripan, a stray cat that grew huge. We feed a spayed mama cat that doesn't want to be an indoor cat. Our latest acquisition is a stray mama that we spayed after she had 3 babies. One baby was adopted by our neighbour, the other two and mama live with us as well. I work as a kayak tour guide in many of the beautiful Floridian springs. My husband works as law enforcement. I have a very flexible schedule so we will be spoiling your furr-iends the whole time they are under our care. They will be great company for us! As your pets are not familiar with us, we recommend (if it is possible) a meeting before we go for the visit or walk so they make that transition between owners and us. We need to know if they have any allergies, medical conditions (we can administer medicines) and food/snacks allowed. Knowing their habits and schedule helps us to keep everything as similar as their normal routine.

About: I have been caring for animals my whole life and I currently have a year old cat I rescued this year. Ive cared for many kinda of pets, everything from dogs, to cats, to livestock and even some exotic! When I was 15 I started working with my grandparents in their Australian Sheppard breeding business, and I worked with them daily till I was 18. In this job I took care of dogs all ages from birth till they passes. I assisted with all kinds of care and training for our dogs. I work best with media/large dogs and all cats but I don't discriminate in age, size, or breed! I currently work full time, 3 12 hours shifts a week usually clumped together. I am able to do pet care on days I work as well as in home if needed before or after work. Days of the week I do not work I am very flexible with morning, afternoon, evening and overnight needs. I do not offer services in my own home at this time due to living in an apartment. When in a clients home I follow all rules and instruction given by the owner, as well as having a general respect for your home and animal. I will always clean up any messy made by pets as well as reporting them to you, and immediately notifying you of any urgent needs or concerns. I am very thoughtful and deliberate with my care for all animals and respect their boundaries as each pet is different in their personalities and needs.

About: I’m a passionate animal lover who will take care of any type of pet, whether furry, scaly, or feathery. I have about 4 years of experience working with animals. I have over 100 hours of volunteering with the Central Brevard Humane Society and I currently work at UF PETS. I also worked at an exotic pet store and am very comfortable caring for reptiles! I am currently at student at UF and I am majoring in Animal Science. I work best when provided very clear and specific instructions that name the tasks that need to be provided. About: i’ve been taking care of dogs for 4 years, rather it’s taking them out, feeding them, giving baths and even medication i don’t mind it i currently do not have a job, so i have plenty of time in my hands. will love and cherish them like they are mine! i have 5 acres of land that’s fully fenced with 4 dog friendly dogs of my own. they will al get treated equally rather it’s laying on the bed getting cuddles or walking them outside.
