“Wonderful is the best description. I have three dogs that they cared for at my home, while I was out of town. My oldest dog was treated with the needed TLC she required. The other two are very high energy and were given the attention they demand. I do not hesitate to recommend their services to others! About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was in high school. I have friends and neighbors that rely on me to take care of their pets. I've also taken care of animals other then cats and dogs. I've done rabbits and Guinea pigs. I feed, give baths, give medications and walks. I can currently do this full time. If you ask me to do a 24 hour stay. I am available for that as well. I just need to know at least 4 days ahead of time. My SO travels for work. And I would need to fit my dog into that schedule. Just know I will have other pets to take care while staying at your home. And will not be there 24/7. I will be staying at your house on my breaks and overnight if requested. We do not have a fenced in backyard. But we do take him on several walks a day. Regardless of the weather. He is unbothered by it.

About: I’ve been taking care of my dogs ever since I was able to walk. I enjoy spending time with my dog and taking her for walks and adventures. Currently work a part-time job that is very flexible with hours. I normally work mostly evenings and my morning/afternoons are normally opening would be able to work evenings also if needed. I feed my dog every day I take her for walks most days. I take her outside to go play frisbee and to go to the bathroom when needed.

I have previously worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, managing dogs of all temperaments. At home, I care for a dog, two cats, and a goat, giving me a unique perspective on different animals' needs. Since I have pets at home, I try to avoid overnight stays when possible. That being said, if it is an emergency I would be happy to work something out with you! I do not offer in home petsitting. However, to ensure your pets safety I will take all measures necessary including ensuring all doors are properly closed and locked, following all directions left for me to a T, etc.

About: I have been pet sitting for 3 years and love all animals! I have a perfect setup for animal care, including a walking trail behind my house. I’m home during the week-I have 2 middle school aged boys that are in school and my husband works long hours. I am able to get up early for morning walks or feedings. I have a fenced in yard, with stairs leading to a deck, walk out basement with kitchenette for food storage, play area, and a resting bedroom.

Jaime is a wonderful, caring pet sitter! We really believe she is a cat whisperer! Not just because she is so attentive to our 3 rescue cats, but we were amazed our cat Fearless who suffers from PTSD actually came out (he usually hides from everyone) and she was able to pet him and give him pet treats! Even our skittish cat Rudy let her pet him. Our siamese Louie, who loves everybody, languished in her attention. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
