“Kim did an awesome job taking care of our 4 cats and was very understanding of our one cat that is a bit ill right now. Great communication with her when we were gone and loved the pics she sent. I would definitely use her again when we go on a trip again. Thank you Kim.”

“Lindsey did a great job checking in with my 3 cats, giving me thorough updates and sending the cutest pics. She was able to handle all the attention and affection my cats bombarded her with. She was very punctual and easy to communicate with, she doesn’t hesitate to contact me if she has any questions on their care!”

“Jadyn was the biggest help to us! She came over for a meet and greet with our very social cat before we left so that he wouldn’t be afraid of her during her drop ins. It’s very clear that she loves animals! She sent us photos and updates during each drop in visit with our cat and you could tell she treated him like he was her own. We will definitely be rebooking with her in the future ◡̈”

“I’ve used Jessika’s services a few times now and she’s always been so amazing with my boys. I genuinely get sad when she’s not available to watch them because they just adore her and are so comfortable with her. She gives them lots of attention and leaves very helpful visit notes so I know exactly what’s going on when I’m gone. I highly highly recommend her for anyone who needs a pet sitter!”

“Jen was amazing with my two guys. They are extremely gross high maintenance cats when I’m gone they get angry and she handled everything they threw at her. I was away for important reasons and it helped not having to worry about them. She communicated extremely well and I will book with her every time from now on.”

About: I have taken care and self trained dogs from small to large breeds. And I would love to take care of your pup while your away. I am always home on the weekend and home by 12 or sooner on the week day. Your pup is not going to be left alone. My partner works from home and is all in on helping make sure your fur baby has a happy safe time here. I have a fenced is yard. So we can play outside for a little bit plenty of water and a baby pool if they want to cool off.

About: First of all, I absolutely love dogs. I love all animals, really! I have experience with dogs having grown up with one. While I only have a cat at home, I find myself always checking out dog videos online and I frequently jump at the opportunity to dog sit for friends and family. I am more than willing to help in any way I can. I will play with your dogs and make sure they are walked and taken care of. I do work a full time job from 8am-5pm M-F but I would be happy to help with anything outside of these hours. My coworkers and family would tell you that I am extremely respectful and a very hard worker. I am dedicated to everything I do, and I strive to make sure my job is done correctly. I love to laugh and am a people person. I cant wait to meet your pups and meet you! I hope to see you soon!

About: I am a firm believer that our pets are our family, and each individual pet deserves individual care, respect and love! I am meticulous with details and ensure that a beloved pet’s routine is kept as consistent as possible under my care. I’ve owned cats since I was 8yrs old, and also had hermit crabs, Leopard geckos, and tarantulas. My family never had space for a dog, so I walked and played with my neighbors dogs while growing up. Once I reached my 20s, I’ve volunteered for years at no-kill shelters back in TN, trained on how to clean, socialize and care for dogs. I have just moved to Northern Illinois and wasn’t able to transfer my job up here. So I want to make my job caring for your family! I am available Saturday - Wednesday. I am very detail oriented and respect every pet owner’s instructions and wishes to the letter. Pets deserve consistency with their established routines! In the absence of instructions or an emergency, I have years of hands-on pet care to fall back on and use reliable judgement so your pet will always receive the best care possible.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life I’ve had both cats and dogs. Just trying to make some extra money while in school. I used to dog sit for family, friends, and neighbors. I am home for the summer after finishing up my last semester of college. Looking for something to do while I’m taking the summer off. I am willing to work around schedules and make times work. I will always be keeping an eye on your animal making sure to give them my 100% attention all times and keeping them busy. Either by playing outside or going for walks.

“Nicole did an outstanding job taking care of my cat while I was away! She was consistent in making sure his food, litter, and other necessities were well taken care of. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos, which assured me that everything was going smoothly. My cat was happy and relaxed when I returned, and I could tell he had been in great hands. I highly recommend her and will definitely trust her with my cat again in the future!”

I have one fur baby of my own named Archie. I’m in the Lake Bluff area and am able to do boarding, house sitting, walks, and drop ins. My schedule is flexible and am able to make accommodations as needed. Note: Please let me know your dogs temperament ahead of time. & If your dog has any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or have any triggers. Thank you 😊

About: I am a big animal lover. I plan on treating and taking care of your sweet fur baby as if he or she or they are mine because that how I would want someone to take care of my fur babies. I understand the worries leaving them with a pet sitter because I am a pet owner and have had a lot of anxiety leaving my pet with a person even if it a person I know and trust. I can provide special care if needed I had blind fur babies before as well have had a lot of senior and puppies that needed a lot of attention , care and love. I have two shih-tzu one young (Gerber) and one senior( Toby). I require all pets be up to date with shots as well flea treated. I currently have a part time and only work about 2days a week. If that. Due to working short hours and day I am blessed being able to be home most of the time with my own dogs. As well be able to have this side hustle of taking care of people fur kids. I have a fenced back yard and currently saving for the fenced in front yard. I actually have a double fenced back yard section to help to get my own pets safe. I did it because I find my big back yard great for exercise and play time but I love having a decent side section double fence just for sense of security.

About: As you probably saw from the headline, I have recently started to dog sit for friends and family... And it just turns out that I enjoy it. Granted, these dogs are well behaved, and have been raised well. I grew up with parakeets, and I still have them. I like most pet animals, and I want to continue to learn more about how to best take care of them. As I am still learning how best to take care of dogs, it is important to me that we would do a meet and greet before deciding if we are a good fit for each other. I am not a dog trainer by any means, so please be understanding of that, and please be realistic. I am here to hopefully walk or sit for your dog, and I will always do it to the best of my ability - but I will need to be shown how you do things with your dog, and what to expect. As an example, the first dog I sat for had a tendency to dart towards the front door of the house I watched, so I had to be extra careful when going in and out of the house. As a bird owner, I check on them before work, and multiple times after work. When I have sat for dogs, I will feed them in the morning and walk them before work. After work, I would walk them again, as well as check on their water and food. The dog I am sitting for next (which is a family member's dog), I will kennel him at night, as well as when I am going to work. This is at the owner's request. Same idea on schedule for walking him before and after work as well. I am not a host, so this will depend on how your house is setup, as well as if the dog is used to the routine. For a more specific example though... When I sat for a friend's dog recently, I let him sleep on the same bed as me, which was a very new experience. (Would you believe that it tried to climb in my sleeping bag, too?) I did this for the comfort of the dog, even though it wasn't something that would have been my preference. I also made sure to check and top off his water and food about twice a day. Anything else that you expect should be discussed with me, so that we can have similar expectations and be on the same page.
