“Tara’s home was a large environment with plenty of backyard conducive to dog boarding. Her children took to our pups lovingly and playfully. We left them feeling comfortable about their care. Our return flight from San Diego was delayed 2+ hrs due to Extreme Heat; this made it literally impossible to make our connection home & meant an extra day before finally got home. Tara adjusted to that no problem, adding another night’s charges while we waited for them to get home from their son’s ballgame. We recvd one photo from Tara while gone and a couple brief “they are doing fine” without details we would like to have heard more. We gave her a full additional day’s charges in cash as a tip when we picked our pups up. We can recommend her to others and would utilize her again as needed.”

About: I’ve had the joy of volunteering with the Humane Society in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio for many years, as well as pet-sitting for many neighbors and friends! I’m new to Fort Wayne and looking forward to meeting the pets of my new community! I work a flexible schedule as a music therapist. Depending on the day of the week, I work from home part time, leaving lots of time to spend with your pets! I have a large, first-floor, single entrance/exit walkout apartment with direct access to large open green spaces, and live nearby several dog parks. Getting outside with your pets is a priority of mine!
About: I have worked at a doggie daycare. I worked with different feeding restrictions and took them out for walks. I also groom my own dog I work full time Monday-Friday at an autism clinic but I can visit them on my 30min lunch break. As well as after I get off at 4:30. And available all times on weekends I have a decent sized backyard and by dog loves all animals, especially cats lol. I typically groom him myself and because of his high energy I try and get him out and about everyday. I take him to outdoor eating, parks on hikes and he lovesss to swim. We also have a doggie pool in my yard
