Your dog will be lovingly cared for and closely supervised on our peaceful 8-acre property, complete with a beautiful creek and plenty of space to explore. I am home full-time after retiring from a 30-year career in corporate IT, which allows me to devote my full attention to caring for dogs providing constant supervision, companionship, and personalized care, ensuring your dog receives the attention, affection, and exercise they deserve. We have a spacious 8-acre property with long, groomed walking paths where dogs can explore and enjoy the outdoors, typically leashed for safety. Our back property is exceptionally private, featuring wide, flat open fields with no immediate neighbors and located well away from the road, providing a peaceful and secure environment. We also have a fenced play area where dogs can safely enjoy off-leash play and exercise. Inside, dogs are treated as part of the family and are welcome throughout our roomy and comfortable home. At night, they can relax and sleep in cozy dog beds located in quiet spare rooms, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home during their stay.

About: Greetings! My name is Theresa Stratton and I own a small pet sitting business in DeBruce (Livingston Manor). My pet sitting business is my full-time career so rest assure your pup will have my full attention. We have a large, private and clean fenced in backyard where your pup will be able to roam and sniff till their hearts content, with potty breaks every hour or two! IMPORTANT: Pups may be dropped off as early as 8 AM and they must be picked up by 7 PM. We are happy to board an extra /night day if needed to accommodate these business hours. Thank you for your understanding. Pet sitting is my full-time business, so your pup will have my full attention. Potty breaks will be offered every 2 hours or as desired by pup. Pups enjoy full access to our home, including a cozy living room couch and at least six potty breaks throughout the day. We have a large private 6 foot tall fenced in backyard!
