I was out of the country, but they kept me up to date with pictures and they loved on my Kenzie as if she was their own. It was so reassuring to see Bleu looking relaxed, playful, and clearly bonding with her family . She also took care to follow all of Bleu’s routines and special instructions. What really impressed me was Florence’s attention to detail and genuine love for animals. She took time to ask questions before the booking to fully understand his personality and needs, and it showed in how comfortable my dog was under her care. We did a meet and greet before our official first visit to get to know each other and the pups! Wonderful personality, enjoy him, his wife, and his sweet pups! She also was willing to take the time to give Wilson a flea bath & remove fleas. We are so grateful for Merina for discovering this & quickly communicating so that we could make arrangements to get him to the vet for evaluation. Merina quickly went from a sitter to vet for Wilson & we are very grateful for that.”
