Courtney is the best! She was so kind and patient with my dog, who can be a little bit scared of new people. She worked so well with my dog and found what worked best for him. Will definitely be rebooking with her!

About: I’ve taken care and owned all kinds of animals since I was young, from hamsters, fish & birds to cats and dogs. I have several years experience dog and cat sitting alike and currently have a cat of my own. I also have experience administering oral and topical medication if needed. No ask is too much! I work from home, so house-sitting is no problem as long as I have wifi! I’m also flexible with drop-in visits because of my job. I’ve had several cats of my own and have lived with various dog breeds/sizes. I have experience with crate trained dogs as well.

About: Throughout my life, I have always gotten along better with animals. I love taking care of them and making them happy, I believe they deserve the best. And as someone with experience with both cats and dogs, I also understand how important routine is to their lives. I’m currently working part-time and have pretty open availability! I am easily able to prioritize your fur friends and attend to anything they might need! I give the pets their space but make sure to always be nearby and with them for anything they might need from me! I would never want to overstep any of the pup or kitty’s boundaries

About: Hi! I’m a veterinary professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in animal care, and caring for pets is truly what I love most. With my background in veterinary medicine, I’m comfortable handling everything from healthy, active pets to those who need a little extra support. I have experience caring for geriatric pets, special needs animals, and those requiring complex medication routines, including diabetics and other medical conditions. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in knowledgeable, capable hands. I offer: • In-home boarding in a safe, structured environment • Drop-in visits in your home • Care tailored to your pet’s specific needs and routine For in-home boarding, I use a “crate and rotate” system when needed. This simply means pets take turns having free time to ensure everyone stays safe, stress-free, and comfortable—especially important when pets don’t already know each other and is very helpful for rescue pets , high anxiety and elderly animals as it offers a more relaxed and one on one environment where they can be as stress free as possible while in my care. During their time out, your pet will get plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, and enrichment, so they’re not missing out on love or activity. I do have children in the home who are taught to respect animals and understand boundaries. For everyone’s safety and comfort, they have little to no direct contact with boarding pets. My priority is maintaining a calm, controlled, and safe environment for every animal in my care. My goal is always to provide a safe, low-stress, and loving environment while keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. If your pet has special needs or you just want someone with a trained eye looking after them, I’d love to help! I am employed full time but currently on maternity leave and looking to move to pet sitting full time if possible. If I am unable to currently accommodate a request I will be transparent as I believe every pet should have the care they are accustomed too and deserve ! In my home, I provide a safe, structured, and low-stress environment tailored to each pet’s needs. I use a crate and rotate system because my personal dogs are not always social with others. This ensures that every pet stays safe and comfortable while still receiving plenty of one-on-one attention, playtime, enrichment, and proper rest. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any medications or special care they require. In your home, I offer drop-in visits designed to keep your pet comfortable in their own space. During each visit, I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, affection, and medication administration if needed. I also keep an eye on your pet’s overall health and behavior, so you have peace of mind while you’re away. With my veterinary background, I’m experienced in caring for senior pets, special needs animals, and those requiring more complex medical care, and I always prioritize safety, consistency, and a calm environment.

About: I’m the primary sitter for cats, dogs, and small pets, providing loving, reliable care. When I’m unavailable for the dates requested, my mom can step in to help if she is, so your pets are never without attention. I’ve cared for cats of all ages, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, fish, horses, and more. Comfortable with kittens, seniors, special diets, and daily medications — your pets are in good hands! I can currently sit early in the day (before 11am) and later in the day (after 3pm). If your hours are flexible, then I can be there. I will try my best to stick to the schedule asked for, and I’ll always let you know before booking if any of the days are ones I’ll need to arrive early or late. I would be more than happy to send picture updates! This is something I know I’d want very much. And I’d treat them as if they were my own baby. Give them time to warm up to me. Sit nearby until they are used to me, and once they are, I'll provide all the pets and snuggles they want! I know playtime is very important in a daily routine, so I’d make sure to play with them using their favorite toys. I am looking forward to meeting any new kitty and dog friends! Just know that I believe in clear communication and will provide updates to ensure that you can be completely comfortable knowing that your pets are safe and happy while you are away.

About: Hi I'm Gabby! Animals have been part of my life for a long as I can remember. I grew up a horse girl and while living in China finally got my own dog, Taco, who I ended up bringing back here to the states with me. Currently, my family is Taco and my two foster fail cats, Khinkali and Aeon. Before moving to Florida, I ran my own pet sitting business in Cincinnati and fell into the niche of working with animals who had behavioral issues- from cats who had severe fear of strangers to dogs who had to be specifically handled due to their aggression. Routine is so important to the well being of our pets and the ability to get out and live our lives is so important to the well being of ours. My goal is to make life easier for you and your pet and make finding a pet sitter the least stressful part of pet ownership. As a bonus I am also a professional photographer and love to send a few portraits along with my updates! I currently create my own schedule around pet sitting jobs so my availability is open and flexible! I am happy to work with you to make sure we come up with a schedule that is best for your pet. As I offer services in other people’s homes I want them to feel comfortable having me there! I am fine with any security measures such as cameras and like to discuss how often clients want updates for peace of mind.

About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of two girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. I currently live in a large three bedroom. The property is out in the country, but only a few miles away from Gainesville, so it's far enough to be away from the sounds and stress of the city without really being in the middle of nowhere. It's not the fanciest place, in need of remodeling, but it is calm, comfortable, and pet friendly. There is no smoking inside. The property is not fenced, so I will be keeping everyone inside, except for supervised walks, etc. I am able to board cats, most dogs, and other animals as well. I work from home in addition to doing this, so when I do have a furry guest, I am home twenty four hours a day. I like to actually spend time with the animals I have visiting, so if you have a super playful dog- or one that just likes to hang out on the couch next to someone- I'd probably be a good match. If I am not boarding anyone at the moment, I can walk dogs, feed cats, etc, as well, as long as you are not too far away from where I live. Things I require: 1. I need to meet your animals first (especially for dogs). 2. If I don't feel comfortable , or I feel like an animal is not comfortable with me, I will not confirm the booking. Animals are just like people, we all have those we like and don't like, so don't take it personal if I decline a booking. 3. I do need emergency contact and vet information. I hope I never have to deal with any emergency, but it is better to be prepared and ready, than to be running around scrambling if something does happen. 4. Of course, I need as much food, etc, as is needed for the stay. Things I offer: 1. Lots of attention. Of course, some animals- especially some cats- aren't really keen on it, and that's okay! But if they are, I love to play with my guests! 2. I don't mix animals from different families. 3. I don't charge extra for extra cats, and I only charge a little bit extra for extra dogs. I have been doing this off and on for some time now, and while I don't have as many clients as I want to have, my reviews are good and solid for a reason. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.
