About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs from small to large dogs. I have done activities such as walking, bathing, feeding, and playing mental stimulation activities. I love and care for all fury friends! I primarily only go into my work’s office twice a week and work from home the rest of the days. I am available to help out on weekdays whether it’s walking, letting dogs out to go to the restroom, or even day sitting while I’m working from home. I always respect the wishes of the owner on how they treat and train their dogs. I also am respectful of an owner’s home and privacy and realize that this is their safe space.

“Darlene is an incredibly caring and thoughtful pet caregiver. She took care of my cat as if she was her own furbaby. She cared for my cat for 3 months while I moved from California to Colorado with my newborn and husband. My cat does not do well with car rides, so she would not have liked the 16 hour drive across states. Darlene sent me daily updates and photos of my cat and ensured she had everything she needed. After I completed my move, I asked Darlene if she could take a flight to bring my cat to me, and she did! She is a true animal lover with a big heart, and wouldn't hesitate to care for a pet as if it were her own. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Melanie was awesome! FIRST INTRODUCTIONS We live in the mountains, which is quite a drive for most. She came out a day before we left to meet us. She was sensitive to the fact the my 10 year old was a bit hesitant about leaving our GS Billie with anyone. She took her time talking with us about her background, and making sure both Billie and my daughter were comfortable with her. THE STAY We left for our trip very early so Melanie had to get into the house, alone, with Billie (our giant GS) after having only met her once the day earlier. She made her way in and gave Billie time to get reacquainted with her. We received regular updates throughout our trip. She read to her (yes our dog has dog books and likes to be read to), walked her and played fetch. When we arrived at almost midnight, the house looked and smelled clean, AND Billie was happily awaiting us in the living room. She even left us a really cool sketch of Billie along with a welcome home note! This was our first experience using Rover and words can't explain how EXCITED we are to have found Melanie. I will be planning another trip soon and will definitely reach out to Melanie for Billie's care! ”
