About: I have had dogs of my own since I was a child. I have been involved in fostering for local rescues & shelters for 5 years I have co-ran my own 501c3 rescue for almost 3 years I do work full time, so I am gone Monday- Friday from roughly 7A.M until 6 P.M. (depending on how far you are from my job). I drive Uber on the weekends during the summer months, but those hours are flexible & can vary based on your pet's needs. I have a fenced yard, but I have 3 senior dogs of my own and because of running the rescue, I usually have a foster dog as well so taking a dog into my home would be more challenging, but if I were to drop in or stay at your home, your dog(s) would get all of the one on one attention &time that they require

About: My family and I are Christians. I was making plans to get my son a dog once he started working this summer. His big sister, who is now 20, worked at Ripleys Aquarium before she joined the Airforce a year ago. He wants a job there this summer just so he can learn more about animals. He is a natural around dogs and other animals. He is an honor role student who wants to be a vet one day. While I was out walking in my neighborhood, I ran into a sweet lady who told us about Rover.com. I thought how perfect is that. We get the love and warmth of a dog, and I will be able to teach my beloved son about responsibility and helping others. About: I've been in Horry County 32 years... while born & raised in Iowa i grew up here... i grew up with all kinds of animals... dogs cats rabbits gerbils & a horse... as an adult i raised Springer Spaniels... About: I provide overnight dog care in my home. I have been on Rover for about years. I have a 2 year old mixed breed dog named Boots. I adopted Boots about 1 year ago. Boots is sweet with all dogs and people. He could use some manners but we are working on it. I have had dogs my whole life and just love them immensely. I have cared for many elder dogs, dispense medicine and happy to provide xtra needed care as long they can do their business outside. Thats my only request. I only watch dogs that are good with all humans and dogs. I have a small fenced yard. My neighborhood is very dog friendly and lots of areas to walk dogs. If your dog has a special diet, no problem. I will care for no more than 2 doggie guests at a time as I have my own dog. I will make exceptions if it works well. About this sitter: Hi my name is Brenda. I love animals, but mostly dogs and puppies. I realize the cost and stress of boarding pets when on vacations or short weekend getaways, tournaments etc. I would love to help everyone I can with their doggie needs to reduce the cost and stress.
