We have a deep affection for creatures of all sizes and shapes, and our passion for pet care began in Monroe, NC, where we ran an in-home dog-sitting service. Our fenced area provides a safe area to explore nature and exercise off-leash. A spacious and relaxing interior of the home is available for downtime. There will always be a loving person at home. We try to refrain from use of a kennel, unless this is what your pup is accustomed to. During their stay your precious pets are treated like another member of the household. We'll keep you well-informed with regular updates and promptly address any requests for additional information. We aim to provide you with peace of mind, knowing your dog is in excellent care when you're apart.

I am empathetic, nurturing, and sensitive to various needs, and I take pride in providing compassionate and attentive care to pets. As a pet parent myself, I understand how important it is to know that your pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for, especially while away. I have owned a variety of pets over the years, including snakes, cats, and dogs, which has given me experience with different temperaments, animal species, and care needs. I am also a lover of the outdoors and enjoy hiking, which makes me especially happy to provide dogs with needed exercise! I am a full-time student, and my time is fairly flexible. I'm willing to travel to dog sit and can stay in the pet’s home to help maintain their routine and provide stability while you are away. My schedule is fairly flexible, so please contact me for additional details. I like to keep my schedule based on how the owners daily routine is with their pet. I like to keep pets on their normal/consistent schedule and will work closely with the owners to prioritize the needs of their pets. Safety is key for me, so I require a meet and greets prior to finalizing the official reservation. This not only allows me to meet the owners and understand their needs, but it also allows me to get to know the pet and ensure we have a good connection.

About: I have worked in the veterinary industry for 10+ years, and have personal experience caring for senior pets, puppies/kittens, birds, and even rats and other small mammals. I would be honored to watch your pet while you have to be away. There are only very few irrational requests - it is my goal to be accommodating to what your pet is used to! Currently, pet care is my sole source of income and caring for, walking, feeding, bathing, snuggling, and playing with your pets is my full-time job! I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I have a dog and 3 cats who are my world - it is hard to entrust them with anyone else and I imagine this is true for you as well. About: Cared for dogs, cats, and various farm animals for many years in a variety of contexts. 31 years old Born and raised in Wilkes county, Appstate grad, traveled the world working on farms, taking care of children, and playing/caring for animals all the while Since I'm a teacher, I am very free during the summer, weekends, and during all the other breaks in the school schedule. During the summer (till mid August) I will be spending large amounts of time either in your home or taking care of pets as the larger portion of my day and night. During the school year, I will be able to provide intensive attention after normal work hours, and rich weekend experiences for your pets. About: My family has animals and I have spent 9 years helping take care of their dogs and two cats. I have two dogs of my own and I have trained them myself as well as knowing when they need space, fed, or walked. In New York my parents have a golden retriever that I helped raise and look after. My roommates also had a cat on college that I helped assist.
