About: I have had pets in my home since I was a baby and have been loving and living with one ever since. A cat saved my life when I was a newborn. You could say that set the tone. I live on 3 fenced acres and have a variable schedule due to my own dogs + taking care of my pre-school nephew PT. M,T,R,F: Our days start early, courtesy of aforementioned preschooler. 6:30am and it’s outside time. Another visit outdoors after the bus has gone around 8am, then playing outside or lazing inside. Another outside break around 11:00a. 12-5pm is when the dogs are kept busy with chew toys and their own company. After 5:30 depends on my fitness calendar/our beloved PNW weather: will we go for a run at the park? A hike? Yard zoomies? Bed time at approximately 10:30 with a potty break just before. Wednesdays and weekends vary, but follow a similar timeline. I give the same care in your home as I do my own in mine. All the playing, sitting and/or affection they or their pet parents ask for.

About: I love animals and have been around and cared for them all of my life. I have two dogs of my own and owned a horse ranch for the last 20 years. I now live in a new neighborhood, with a fully fenced yard. I do work during the day so my husband cares for our Rover pets while I am gone. All dogs love him and he is home during the day. I am a very experienced horse owner and can provide care for livestock as well as cats, dogs and birds. I raised Andalusian horses and have been around them most of my life. Pets are my passion, are important and I love to be around them. They make me happy and I would love to pamper your pets! For house sitting clients, I do work from 6-2pm. I am happy to house sit but am gone during those hours. My husband lets the dogs out as needed all day long. He is home all of the time, so we do not leave our boarders alone. Our clients pets interact with our own pets. We cannot take in pets that do not get along with other dogs and cats. Our boarders will sleep with us or on their own bed if one is brought.

About: I have had dogs for my entire life! I currently have 2 dogs. Both are Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Trinity is our senior girl 13 yrs old, and Shira who is 2. I have had the most experience with big dogs (mainly German Shepherds and now Rhodesian Ridgebacks). I have done Schutzhund with my shepherds and have done dog shows and obedience shows locally with my Ridgebacks. Our dogs and the ones I take care of are always my priority. I treat all dogs like they are mine so they get all the love, snuggles, and attention they want. I have a safe and secure home and yard. We have a 3/4 acre completely fenced back yard fenced to 6 feet high. We are in the country and have lots of bunnies for them to chase. We also have a creek on our property that in good weather would be fun for the dogs to play in. I have some agility equipment that I will break out when the weather is nice and let dogs go through those or show them how. For rainy days we have toys and dog puzzles to keep their minds active. We also have a shop that I can put up agility equipment when the weather is lousy and cold so they can chase each other around in there if they are getting antsy. I also do daily obedience with my own dog and any other dog that is with me and wants to join in. While most of my experience has been with big dogs, I will work with any style and breed of dog after I meet them and we get to know each other. I also have experience working with packs of dogs, as at one time, I had a large pack of both German Shepherds, and then Ridgebacks. I also have a lot of experience working with puppies and can help with basic training. I seem to have a knack to help dogs who normally don’t eat or are very nervous when being left with someone else. I have had many boarders who’s moms and dads said were picky eaters or wouldn’t eat for a couple of days and somehow with me they eat well, don’t miss meals, and many times expand their diets. If you have a dog that takes medication I can, and have, administered meds that their parents bring. But I will only administer prescription meds written by a licensed veterinarian to the specific dog with explicit instructions. Bottom line, I don’t just “board” dogs. They are part of the family and treated as such until you get back. They Are talked to, interacted with by my dogs and myself and my husband all day long. They aren’t just put in a room or left outside to fend for themselves. They are truly being loved and cared for from the minute they are dropped off until the minute you pick them up. My husband and I are retired so I am full time at home now. So I can board 7 days a week. And overnight care at my house will be my specialty as you never have to worry about your dog being left for hours during the day or night. I have a very “dog friendly” home. That being said my house is clean and fairly tidy. I clean daily to make sure the dogs are in the best environment. My goal is to have your dog go home with you better than when they came. If they are full of mud from playing outside in the rain they will be washed and dried before they go home. If their nails are too long I will cut them (if the dog allows). If they need to be brushed, I will brush them and often give them a massage…this is especially good for the nervous dogs. If they are scared and feel nervous they will be returned happy and calm from being pampered while you were away. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture including our bed and can play inside or outside with my dogs who are very friendly to other dogs and people. I don’t crate any of my dogs and don’t require dogs that stay with me to be crated during the day or night. If you prefer your dog to be crated at night I will follow your instructions if you bring the crate that they are used to. Many of the dogs that I board sleep in our bed but they also have very plush beds throughout our home that they can sleep on overnight or during the day for naps. Wherever they feel more comfortable sleeping is fine with me even if they don’t want to be in our room with us and our dogs.

About: I have had dogs for 40 years. I have cared for them from being puppies to 17 years of age. We treat all pets with love and kindness. my Cocker Spaniel, Winni, is loved and cared for and given daily walks. I always feel she has me trained. She is always nice to other animals, even when she sees a bunny in our yard she just wants to look at it instead of chasing it. lol I have a fenced yard in a quiet neighborhood. I can give medication and take for a daily walk. I always feel animals need more than watching, they need cuddles and affection and someone to talk to them

I have a great passion for pet care and personally understand what its like wanting to make sure they are safe, doing well and have everything they need while you are away. I would love to assist with taking them for walks, feeding them or cleaning the litter box. I'm also okay with cleaning up behind them if they should have an accident. In addition, I would be more than happy to give them some playtime while creating a new friendship. About: I already have a lot of experience with animal care, and now that I'm a housesitter, my experience with all kinds of dogs and cats is surging. I grew up with dogs, a long-term pet bird (a cockatiel), and I raised rabbits in rabbit 4H as a child. As an adult, I'd cared for several different cats, dogs, and a rabbit for friends and roommates, even before starting housesitting. I've given pills to dogs and cats, and administered insulin to an elderly cat. Since moving to Oregon in July 2026, my schedule has filled up so fast with several amazing house and pet sits. I'm a full-time professional housesitter! That means that I am very flexible to accommodate your pet's usual routine. I work in data annotation, and it's all on my laptop. My work schedule is incredibly flexible. This means I can set up anywhere with wifi, and we'll be good to go! I have pretty extensive gardening knowledge, having taken a large chunk of the WSU home horticulture and master gardener's training program. I've grown a lot of different vegetables and berries, and I can care for flowers and ornamentals, too! I love plants and would very much enjoy spending time in your garden, monitoring plant health and giving good morning waterings, etc.
