About: I have had about 10 years of experience with animals, whether a fish, a bird, cat or dog. I love dogs more than anything, I have basic knowledge when it comes to training puppies. I am even going to school to become a certified dog trainer. I am currently doing an online program for college, so it will be extremely easy for me to go to your home for your pet. I can even take your animal for walks, drives, and whatever else you'd like me to do. I have a really open schedule. I have chickens, dogs, and cats at home. I have always believed in using positive reinforcement when it comes to any kind of animal. I always have patience with mine and other peoples animals. I believe in treating animals with love and kindness like I would a person.

“This was my first time ever using Rover. I was very thankful to have found Ellen. We welcomed a new puppy into our house 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. So, leaving him at a kennel for four days was not an option. Ellen came to our home and stayed with our new puppy and older kitty. She was gray with them and sent lots of pics. She was respectful of our home and even got our mail in and the trash cans up neither item did I ask her to do. Everything was back in its place when we arrived home. So awesome to have found this option! Thank you Ellen!!”

About: Hello!! If you are looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, pet sitter, or house sitter… I am available in Indianapolis, IN or in the Danville, IN area! A little bit about me: I am currently a senior at Butler University on the cheerleading team. I am planning on taking a gap year, then attending law school. I would like to fill my gap year with caring for dogs and volunteering at the shelter! I have experience with small and large dogs, cats, some farm animals, rabbits, and various other small animals! I also have experience with walking and administering medicine as well! I previously showed rabbits in 4-H, and I personally have one large rescue dogs at home (Weimaraner mix). My soul dog, Kodie Australian Shepherd mix), passed away in October of 2024. I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters and I am currently on the exec board for Dawgs Serving Dogs (club that fundraises for local shelters) here at Butler University. Please let me know if you need references! I am currently a student, so my schedule is quite flexible! I will have a part-time job in the summer that I can work around to care for your pets. I love spending time with your pets! I would be happy to be active with your pet whether that is walking, jogging, or playing with toys. I also would love to hangout with a calm dog that would prefer snuggles!

“Basma is an incredible sitter and I would highly recommend her for any furry friend!!! She watched my recently adopted dog for four days and really put my mind at ease during my trip. I received many updates on the status of my dogs, including the cutest videos and photos, and I knew she was taking great care of my pup. My dog will definitely miss the undivided attention and love Basma gave him and we will definitely be calling her again in the future!”

About: There are no worries when your pet is in my care. You can be stress free while I give them the needed time that they deserve and spoil them with love. I have been around pets my entire life and have experience with all types and understand that each one has his/her own individualized needs. I have owned many dogs and cats throughout my life & am always the one to take care of my friends’ and family’s pets when they are away. I absolutely love each & every one and treat them like they’re one of us. I love being outdoors, so if your dog enjoys exercise and being outside, then we’ll have a perfect time together! Reach out for dates/times, and we’ll work something out! I work full time as a Physical Therapist at a downtown Indy hospital, but my hours vary, so don’t hesitate to reach out for dates/times 😊 I will care for your pets in any way that you prefer.
