About: I've always been a dog lover! I've had a dog for almost 13 years and frequently dog sit for family members! I am also a daycare teacher and love getting to care for them and grow with them! As a daycare teacher, I quickly pick up on their schedules, allergies, different needs of each child, etc., which would easily translate into helping your furry friend. I hope to get to know you and your furry family members! I am currently working full time as a daycare teacher but have most nights and weekends free. I would be available after about 5:15pm on week nights and throughout the day on weekends! I do have a family dog and frequently dog sit family dogs. Taking them for walks (or simply letting them out in the backyard), playing and interacting with them, and feeding them all on their schedule! And of course, loving them unconditionally

Wendy is AMAZING!! She came right on time, she had a file ready for me to give more detailed information about my dog. She immediately started interacting with my doggie, and he loved every bit of it! Wendy took detailed notes as I showed her around his routine. She gave very good feedback during her time walking, she sent pictures and videos? I highly recommend Wendy, she has a big heart for animals. ? ?

I have a flexible schedule and will make room for what you and your pets need when they need it. I have reliable transportation and am very punctual. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been caring for my own pets and my neighbors’ pets since I was a kid. I’m a certified veterinary technician and currently work at a doggy daycare, where I’ve spent over two years giving dogs lots of love and personalized care. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, and pets who need a little extra patience, attention, or medication. I am in college and I work, but I am always ready to work around it. I’m available for drop-ins and walks Monday through Thursday after 7pm, Fridays and Saturdays all day, and Sundays before 12 and after 5. I care for both cats and dogs with safety, patience, and respect for their individual needs. I always follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and litter box or potty schedules. For dogs, I focus on leash handling, safe play, and proper supervision. For cats, I prioritize a calm environment, clean litter boxes, and playing if they’d like. I keep pets in safe, clean spaces, respect your home, and provide regular updates so you can feel confident your pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

Brooke was a date night dog sitter for us. She responded quickly to our last minute request and was easy to work with. I was nervous because my dog started barking when I left, but Brooke let me know that she calmed down. My dog seemed relaxed (not panting or anxious) when I picked her up. Brooke’s apartment seems clean and safe. Brooke and her husband were friendly and responsible. Would recommend!

About: I have extensive experience caring for cats/kittens, dogs/puppies, hamsters, bunnies, fish, chinchillas, ferrets, and more! I have over 5 years of experience as a professional animal care-taker where I cared for all sorts of animals as well as gave advice to customers on individual issues with their pets. My family also owns a farm so I learned a respect for animals at a very young age! Currently I have 2 rambunctious pet ferrets but growing up I had 2 dogs, 2 cats, a bunny, and fish! I have cared for many dogs and puppies in my neighborhood and for family and friends. I love dogs of all sizes and don't mind caring for multiple pets. I am currently a student, so I'll have plenty of time for walks, to play fetch with your energetic puppy, clean up soiled puppy pads, whatever you need! I'm available for housesitting, drop-in visits, and walks. I can take your pups for as many walks as you'd like; I am a very active person who loves walking/hiking! If you have a high-energy dog I can also take them on my daily runs! If your pet is more relaxed, I also love just spending time playing and giving lots of pets.

About: I have been volunteering in a local animal shelter for about 6 months and after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh I am looking to commit more time to helping out the people and pets in my community! In the shelter I helped admitted lost animals and I have experience walking and taking dogs out for field trips. During field trips I would walk dogs through frick park, relax on my porch, and take them to get a pup cup! I loved being able to help out the dogs and give them the love they deserve! I have passed the Fear Free shelter program and have experience with dog walking as well as caring for my family’s own cat and dog. I am excited to start this new journey! I currently work from home 9-5 in the Doylestown area. I’m an active adult who already likes to walk throughout my day and would love to add a dog friend to that! I would have time at lunch, as well as before or after work to care for your dog. My lunch is flexible so I can work around you! On weekends I have open availability. In the middle of work days I would not be able to provide more than 30 minutes walking or spending time with your dog, but before/after week days and during weekends I could spent up to and hour with your dog to give them extra love! In my client’s home I would care for the pet just as you would! I would ask for and follow your instructions on how you would like your pet cared for and would of course give him or her lots of love!

About: Hi! I’m Zehavit, and if there’s an animal in the room, you’ll probably find me hanging out with it. 😊 I’ve had cats, dogs, and all kinds of pets my entire life, and caring for animals has always been one of my favorite things. I’m based in the Furlong/Doylestown area and share my home with three cats, Forky, Moana, and Denali, along with our goofy Goldendoodle, Louie. I also foster cats for a local rescue, so we always have a few extra furry faces around. My life revolves around animals, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I offer dog walks, drop-in visits, and cat care. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just having someone keep them company, I’m happy to tailor every visit to what makes them happiest. I have five years of volunteer experience at a local animal hospital, which has given me a strong foundation in animal care. I’ve also been pet sitting for over 10 years, so I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, personalities, and routines. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I’ll also send plenty of updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. I’m very accommodating and understand that every pet and family has different needs. Whether your pet has a detailed routine, needs medication, prefers extra playtime, or just wants someone to sit and keep them company, I’m happy to work with whatever makes you and your pet most comfortable. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible. I’m happy to provide references from previous clients and a background check upon request. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your furry family member! Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian. I work full time but I am flexible with drop in visits and walks. Reach out to coordinate further :) I’m happy to discuss timing! I am very careful when entering a client’s home as I know some dogs or cats like to run. I will follow all necessary instructions you provide!

About: I've had many pets over the years. My family and I currently have 2 dogs. In the past, I have volunteered at an animal shelter in my free time, and even fostered a dog for some time! I just graduated from college and I am applying to long term jobs, so I currently have plenty of extra time to spend caring for your pets! I am very flexible and happy to be of service :) I can be playful and fun with pets, but I can also be strict if I have to. I am able crate them if necessary and I am good at cleaning up messes.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of August 2026, there are 9,290 sitters on Rover offering Dog Walking across Wycombe. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Whether you want a solo or group walk depends on your dog's personality. Solo walks can be beneficial for dog parents with reactive dogs, puppies, or dogs who are anxious around unfamiliar animals. Many dog walkers on Rover offer private, one-on-one walking services.

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Wycombe. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. Report cards require photos and can include a map of the walking route , total walk time, poop and pee breaks, and distance traveled, so you know exactly where your dog has been walking in Wycombe.

Got specific details you'd like the dog walker to include? Message them in the app before your dog’s walk begins.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every walker on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

Yes, you can find walkers who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wycombe. On Rover:

  • 88% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 94% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
