“Myra was great! She communicated well. Coco seemed to be so happy when she sent videos and pictures. When we arrived to get her she had been well taken care of. I appreciate her taking care of our baby. This was the very first time she has been away from us and we were nervous, but Myra did a great a job. We will definitely be using her again. We really appreciate her.”

“This was my first time using this service, and it was an emergency. I'm really pleased with how easy it was and the quick responses from the sitters. Kayla took care of my pup and did an excellent job, providing fast communication and sending a few pictures and a video during my pup's stay. Thank you!”

“Regina was great and seems very knowledgable of animals. She was very welcoming of my high energy pup and I'm glad there were other dogs on site for him to play with. I felt like he was in a good hands while I was away. She was also very accommodating to my changing schedule due to flight delays. He came home happy and sleepy from all the playing!”

About: I have owned reptiles, amphibians, dogs, cats, birds and other furry critters my whole life. My passion really does live with animals so honestly, this is more of an opportunity to spend time with animals for me and I am hoping after college to work in the animal behavior field. Take care of it fits into my routine, especially in times after six but other times could work because I never work later than six. When I am free of work I am completely available I have a fenced backyard and I am able to take them on as many walks necessary because we have two parks nearby. My pets are all super friendly and sweet however if a pet isn’t comfortable around others I do have another house five minutes away I could always go to instead so either works!
“This was the first time we’d left our dogs and they couldn’t have been in better hands than with Kayla! The little one was especially shy of strangers and he bonded with her straight away!! We got photo updates and the dogs were healthy and happy. We couldn’t ask for more!”

“Brittany was great. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times which was great since we were coming from out of town and it took a little longer to get there than expected. She was great with our dog that hates to be away from us. She also was great with our 4mth old puppy. Both were happy and tired when we picked them up. Thank you Brittany. ”

About: I have had a dog ever since we have been married. We had a loving St Bernard first and now have an active German shorthaired pointer. I currently work night shift Monday and Tuesday nights. I’m looking to help others that may need their pets checked in on or walked. My pointer gets along with other dogs and am open to possible boarding at our house. I have a fenced in back yard with an in ground pool. I have two large crates and a friendly German shorthaired pointer living inside the house.

About: I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with plenty of dogs, big and small, puppies to adults. I also love to foster dogs from the local shelter. I only have 1 class a day during the week, 50 minutes long so I have plenty of time on my hands to take care and love your baby!! I care for pets in my home by providing food and water, plenty of treats and toys. I also love to walk so of course walking the dog every 2-4 hours depending on age. And if I am hired to do a drop in I will take the dog out and play with the dog!!
“Rachel was awesome. Daily updates and pictures of our boys and they came back to us happy and healthy. Will definitely be looking to use Rachel's service again on our next trip.”

About: I've been a dog owner for many years and understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I currently have two Miniature Dachshunds, so I'm experienced with dogs of different personalities, routines, and care needs. I have hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, administering basic medications when needed, playtime, and providing plenty of love and attention. I know that every dog is unique, and I take the time to learn each pet's routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you're away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I'll make sure they receive the personalized care and attention they deserve. My goal is to treat every pet like they're part of my own family and give you peace of mind while you're away. I am a graduate student at Ole Miss. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care throughout the week. I'm available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, as well as walks and overnight care when needed. I enjoy spending time with animals, so I make it a priority to give each pet plenty of attention, exercise, and care while sticking to their normal routine as closely as possible. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions before every visit. I always make sure pets have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a clean, safe environment. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect your space and follow your instructions closely so your pet can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure during walks and outdoor time, and I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

95% of sitters in Wyatte can provide daily exercise during dog boarding stays. Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, this may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Wyatte.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee, which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
