I recently moved to SC from NC to get ready for full knee replacement. About me: I’m currently a stay-at-home mom who chose not to go back to a full time position, as I need a break from nearly 20 years in Corporate Marketing. My love for animals and staying active throughout the day has led me to Rover. I’ve raised dogs and cats all of my adult life. From kittens, puppies, Pekingese, Pugs, to 95 pound Boxers, you name it, and I’ve probably raised it! I’m an active individual, so I love to be “out and about” and enjoy walks - I can do it all while you are away. If you need help with puppy training, or a kitten house check while you’re at work, I will make sure their needs are met and provide companionship. Aside from animals, I love gardening and decorating my home, so I have many projects on my hands to keep me busy through the day. I have a wonderful husband and a 7-year-old who fills my weekends with joy! If you need housesitting, (watering plants, etc.), while you’re away, I will help and will not charge any fees. You can consider me your “house sitter” the next time you go away! As a stay-at-home mom, my son is in 1st grade the majority of the day. I am available pretty much all day and into the evening hours. My days are routine and structured, so I would take the same approach with your pets. Unfortunately, I cannot sit overnight. Making sure your pets have their needs met is my first priority. This includes feeding, walking, and companionship to keep them happy when you’re not around.

“Shannon was amazing! She watched our golden retriever, Winston, while we were out of town for several days. We asked her to drop in 3 times a day, spread out over 7-8 hours. She was on time for every drop-in and maximized the 30 minutes with him. She played ball with him, gave him cuddles, took him on walks, etc. She even found activities to do with him when it was raining. We received consistent updates on how he was doing, as well as pictures. She gave us such peace of mind, and we are so grateful for that. We would definitely use her again in the future and will be recommending her to friends.”

About: I have watched dogs for many of my friends families and I have a dog of my own. I love animals and i hope to meet your fur baby soon! I dog sat and babysat when I was in high school but I have been a pet owner for almost 20 years. I have school Monday-Thursday and some online classes, so I am pretty open to every weekday coming to play with your pets. I would also love the exercise and the opportunity to meet new dogs. I will treat your pet with the same respect,love,and care that I would show my own pet.I am very strong on that pets are smart and know exactly what we are saying so I assure you that I will not touch or even speak to your pet in a way that I wouldn’t want someone treating my pet.

About: I have owned and cared for dogs since I was 7 and have extensive experience with dogs of all ages and breeds. My love for animals started with caring for my own pets which provided me with opportunities to become foster pet parent through the shelter. I desire nothing more than the opportunity to provide excellent care for your pets meeting both yours and your pets needs I do work full time during the week but my weekends are open for your pets!! I can’t wait to love on your pets as if they were my own while providing them with their very important exercise. I walk dogs on sidewalks when provide or at parks when available. I prefer dogs to walk on leashes and I provide light up collars and high visibility reflectors while walking.

About: In this house, pets are treated like family members. They get all the love, attention, and snuggles (of course) that they deserve. Experience includes puppy and senior care. Over the summer months, I’m not working allowing for open flexibility to tend to pet needs. During school months, I work from home with ample breaks and opportunities for frequent walks and attention. Dogs are always walked on leashes. There are plenty of grassy areas within my complex for walking with a dog park included. I provide particular and full attention to the pets needs and meet the desires established by the owner. I go over and beyond in showering love/attention and ensuring safety.

I was able to grow up on a farm and during that time I bred AKC registered German shepherd puppies with a family member. Can’t wait to meet new furry friends! :) I work three days out of the week in the counseling field, so I have four days where I can be dedicated to your precious pup or kitten! I have plenty of time during those four days, so I am able to provide plenty of play time, potty breaks, and walks. If your pet comes to stay with me, then I live in a gated community and have a security camera in my home to insure pet safety. I live in a highly populated dog park area with lots of places to take your pet! I grew up on a farm, so I am prepared to take care of any kind of pet in your home and love play time! I also love to send you photos and videos of your fur baby if you ask. :)
