I just love every animal, and I still believe that they can speak, just not when we’re in the room. I work professionally with dogs every single day as a manager of a dog care facility. I’m known for liking the “bad dogs” at work along with special needs and older pets as well (I love powdered sugar faces)! I treat each animal as my own, and I would do the same with yours! I work full time as a manager at a doggy daycare, I would be able to get you a registration forms and take your pup to work with me if you’d like! My job is very flexible so I can also come home at any point and let your pup out instead of bringing them with me. I am also open to not working during the time I care for your pet. I have worked in vet hospitals, kennels, as well as private homes caring for both cats, and dogs. I have extensive experience administering daily medications both oral, subdermal, and injectables like insulin I pride myself in making the process as stress free as possible which means treats, and pets. I'm also experienced in walking dogs of all shapes, sizes, and activity levels so no need to worry about you pup not getting enough exercise! I'm more then happy to take them out for a long hike with plenty of photo updates for you! I am currently only working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of you precious family members weather it be walking and exercising you dogs. Or entertaining your tiny feline overlord, preparing a feast for you reptilian regent, partying with your parrot I'm prepared for it all. With dogs I am more the happy to take them out on hikes as well as out things to places like private dogs parks to let them get all the sniffing and fetching out of their system. Before any pet sitting occurs I'd love to sit down and chat with you about your pet kids and what needs it is you would like for me to fulfill while you are gone to help keep everything as stress free as possible for both you and your pet. Along with more special needs if your pets need them like medication administration and the time frame of when it need to be administered, or things such as diet restrictions. If there are multiple pets in the household how feeding times go if pets are ok with being fed together or need to be separated or observed during feeding times.
About: I am an experienced dog owner and sitter. I grew up in a family that always had pets, including cats and dogs, and have owned multiple dogs since living on my own. Currently, I have one small chiweenie and regular dogsit dogs including Cocker Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, and Great Pyrenees. Shy or nervous rescue pets are no problem! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. Pets with medical issues are welcome as I have experience taking care of dogs and cats with a variety of issues who’ve needed everything from shots throughout the day or diaper changes or to receive mobility assistance. I also have experience caring for chickens if you need someone to care for your chicks. I work full-time from 8 AM-5 PM. I have a long lunch, so I can stop by to take care of any needs during the day. Drop off/pickup prior to or after work is preferred, except on the weekends when I’m free. If you really need a specific drop off or pickup time, please let me know early so I can try to accommodate that. I am up early every morning to give pets plenty of time to eat and play before leaving. When I get home, the first thing I do is let pets out to potty and to play. Throughout the evening, there is plenty of time for walks and playtime before bed. . First and foremost, I will strive to match or mimic the care and routine you give your pets at home. With a fenced in yard, your pet will have a safe place to potty and play. There are also many parks nearby to take your pet on walks or provide them with socialization. Pets are able to climb on furniture, sleep on my bed, and have mostly free rein of the house — my home is their home while we’re here. However, I have a pet gate I can put up and experience crating pets (as well as crate training dogs) for any pet who can’t be left free to roam.

About: I've got multiple years of experience handling a highly anxious dog that can be dog selective during high stress situations. I was the one primarily training my family's two dogs, as well as the one taking them out on as many walks as I was able. I have multiple years worth of experience with senior dogs that had arthritis and who needed to have their food prepped especially for easier eating. I'm currently a student at the University of Georgia and currently looking into part time summer positions, however my schedule is very flexible with daily check-ins and overnight stays during both the week and weekend are very doable. During check-ins, outside of ensuring food and water are available, I would make sure to spend time playing and hanging out with any dog and if I have time to take them on a walk I will. For overnights, I would do the same thing with the only difference being the amount of time I'd be able to spend with the dog.

About: I’ve grown up with animals for pretty much my whole life, and have always loved having them around! In the last few years, I’ve been living alone and touring for work, so I can’t morally have a cat or dog of my own. I have a crested gecko and a california king snake (named Minkie and Burger) that keep to themselves, and honestly most of the time they are completely still or have hidden themselves in some foliage, so they’ve never been much interest to dogs or cats that have been in my house. Half of the time I work from home, either mixing or making string arrangements for albums. If I am working at a studio or running sound at a venue, I’m able to take a break to let out anyone who needs to be let out, but ideally would just schedule myself for days where I’m already working from home. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
