“This is the second times my girls have been sat by Happy Tails (HT). It’s an enjoyable experience for them each time and a stress free one for us. We are happy to leave our girls with them for a few key reasons: 1. They take excellent care of them! These are true animal people and it shows. They give the girls affection and attention. Take them for walks and play with them, and even give them an extra treat just because. 2. The dogs really like them. My girls are friendly, but can be anxious in different situations. They’re also large dogs that look ferocious, but are truly lapdogs. They’ve never come back scared or anxious or underfed or with attitudes. They each eat their food and potty regularly. I’ve even been told that they each seem to have their own favorite HT member. So adorable. 3. HT is very involved and communicative. I never have to worry how things are getting on or how the girls are doing. They provide updates as requested long with video/photo since we miss their cute furry faces. All in all, 10/10 recommend and we’ll be taking our own advice and using HT again.”

When I was dropping off my dog, he made sure that my dog had the items my dog needed for her stay and offered his resources if I had missed items for my dog. During her stay, I asked him questions about how my dog was doing and he replied very quick and sent me updates and pictures of how my dog is doing. Windell offered his help upon picking up my dog and debriefed me about Butter’s stay. It was a pleasure to have him take care of my dog! :)”

She is very energetic so I was kinda worried and hoping that she won’t give him hard time but Shawn must had her worn out and now she’s on our couch knocked out lol He sent us a lot of pictures of her hanging out with other dogs ( yes, it looked like she was at dog park lol) I really like the fact that we got to see how my baby’s been doing at his house. “The home looked like a very thoughtful and clean space for pups. He had plenty of dog beds of different sizes , space for dogs to walk around , and a fenced yard. I didn’t have any issues and the clear communication took a lot of weight off my shoulders . Blu came home happy, content, and seemed like he felt at home there - he wasn’t in a rush to leave or anxious when I picked him up . Would recommend to anyone!”
