About: Have been a pet owner all of my life, and experience with all types of animals. I just recently moved to the Huntsville area and have a fenced in backyard on 10 acres of land, toys and a dog of my own who loves playtime and friends. I will have an open schedule and will be home full-time. My schedule will be very flexible, I am looking for one time sitter needs or ongoing scheduled needs. I have a large house with plenty of space for indoor relaxing, and a fenced backyard for exercise & playtime. I have one medium sized dog (Labrador Retriever mix) who is very friendly, both to people and dogs.

About: I grew up on a farm and always had both dogs and cats. Currently have one of each. I went through a six week dog training program with Therapy Partners. I’ve been called a cat whisperer but that’s just because I know when to give them space. I can be very loving with dogs but can also be commanding when they need it. I’m a professional musician who tours with LEVON. Typically traveling a couple weekends a month. I am mostly at home making my own schedule, so I have plenty of time for your pets. I have no problem cleaning up messes/accidents or changing cat litter. I’m great at wrestling with big dogs who like to he rough, or snuggling with gentle kitties. Happy to administer pills/medications for dogs or cats. I have experience caring for a dog with epilepsy, a previous dog with cancer treatments, and have even administered eye drops to a very difficult cat.
About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals pretty much since I could walk. My family has had chickens, quail, pigs, horses, goats, guinea pigs, and of course dogs and cats! I’ve also worked as a ranch hand at a goat farm for 2+ years. Currently the only doggie I can call my own is my sweet Nala. She is a mini schnauzer who loves people and is quick to play with other pups. I currently work part time and attend college on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I can almost always sit or board Thursday-Saturday. I love walking and jogging so I’m always up for that. I’m currently in the midst of moving into an apartment with my best friend who also owns a friendly collie named Josie. And I have my sweet Nala. I will be able to board in the future but it will probably not be till September-October.
About: I have a true genuine passion for pet sitting. I have always loved and never bored with wanting to care for others pets. I understand that each pet is a part of a family and should be treated as such. I have a few years of experience working in a pet hospital and many references, many including coworkers that understand I would love their pets as if they were my own. I have a full time 8-5 job however, my job is flexible with me taking longer lunch breaks if your pet requires frequent potty breaks and the distance is not far. I will also check on them before and after in addition to overnight if needed. I don't smoke, I have reliable transportation, and I'm a fervent cruelty free advocate! I have 6 pets of my own, 2 dogs & 4 cats. I'd love to work with hamsters, mice, gerbils, rats, etc. I had rats from 2021-2023. I'm not afraid of "bully" breeds, truly I adore them. If you have any questions feel free to message me! I'm unemployed at the moment (8/6/26) so I've endless time for pet play and care! I somewhat frequently have to administer medication to my older pets for various reasons. If your pet needs that I can provide with proper teaching from you, just to make sure I don't make a mistake. I cannot currently care for your pets at my home, not with 6 of my own. However I can play with, exercise with, feed, water, walk, and give lots of love to your fur baby.
About: I have taken care of my childhood Doberman pincher up until he passed away for over 7 years and currently raising my 3 going in 4 year old mini Australian shepherd dog that I got back in 2022. I am able to keep up with the energy levels of these dogs minus running and love to go on walks and allow them to sniff their environment. I have administered different medications to my own dogs minus injections and can handle taking dogs to emergency rooms and waiting with them for long periods of time. I currently work full time and unavailable from 5am - 4pm Monday - Friday. I am available after that timeframe for drop in visits from 4:30pm -9pm and on Saturdays I am available from 7am - 7pm and on Sundays from 10am - 6pm. For pet sitting services I would prefer if your pet is able to be alone for up to 12hrs during the weekdays and 6hrs on the weekends. This is not a normal pet sitting schedule but I can be utilized as a backup alternative to your normal sitter. Sometimes my schedule can change and I will notify you before if anything changes. I do not board pets due to my apartments restrictions, but available to drop in and conduct 2-3 walks when you are out of town and can crate your dog in your residence if needed. I can also play and provide stimulation with your dog during my visits. I may have to bring my dog on some walks and drop in visits but if there’s a negative interaction I will refrain from bringing my dog along on walks and drop in visits.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
