“Liz was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure our timid dog was comfortable and that we knew she was cared for. I definitely recommend Liz as a dog sitter.”

About: I’ve pet sit overnight for 5 days before and the dogs were well taken care of. I’ve dog sat at least twice before. I’ve worked at my horse barn for 2 years and was in charge of 20+ horses. Feeding them, haying them, providing freshwater, and turning them out to their assigned fields. Whenever I’m home from college I make sure my dog has water, I take him to the bathroom when he lets me know. I play with him from time to time to get energy out. Occasionally take him on walks. I’m a very hard worker and no one was ever disappointed in me. I love spending time with pets/animals and it makes me happy. For a clients home, I make sure they get fed on time whether it’s breakfast or dinner and take them out to the bathroom after they eat. Give them fresh water for each meal or fill up their bowls when needed.

“Jessica was great with our dog Biscuit. We received updates and photos. She is very friendly and flexible with our schedule. I will use her again and highly recommend her.”

“Jennifer took great care of our dogs and home. She kept our ball chasing dog busy and was gentle and attentive with our senior. Thank you Jennifer!”

“Grayson was wonderful and loving with our older cat. She spent lots of time with him while we were away and was reliable, responsible and great with prompt communication and lots of pictures too. We felt safe and comfortable having her in our home and I’d recommend her for your pet needs any time.”

About: I've been a dog owner for over 20 years and was a foster parent for a San Diego based rescue group for over 3. I currently volunteer as a dog walker at a local Southern Maryland rescue and also foster with them as well. Our family has cared for, trained and assisted with the adoption of many different breeds from small to large and all ages, puppies less than 12 weeks included. In addition we puppy raise and train service dogs for a non-profit organization based out of NY. Pets bring so much love and joy to our lives and deserve the best care when we are away. I can promise they will receive the same love and attention as if you were home yourself. Current pet is a 13 year old yellow lab and pointer mix that we've had since he was 12 weeks old. He loves long walks, swimming in any body of water and snuggling with his cat brother, Tucker. In addition we have a 2 year old beagle that nothing but fun. References are available upon request. I work remotely and am home during the day. This allows me flexibility to care my own fur-children and yours from either my home or yours. I have a large fenced yard, friendly pups, a dog room and plenty of crates. We often crate and rotate to make sure our pups get enough one on one and would do the same for yours.

“I have nothing but good things to say. Took care of my Atti like she was family. She will be so happy to go back in a couple weeks to play with Blaze again!”

About: I've been around animals all my life, and care for every single one that comes across my path. I have 4 animals so far that are living healthy and happy, and regularly babysit my neighbor's animals for weeks at a time. I wake up every day to my cat, and I want to extend that love to more animals who need that care when their owners are a little busy! It comes as a second nature to me, and I think about how my animals might be impacted by the actions I make, for example: I can never leave drinks on the counter anymore because my cat learned she likes coffee. Not anymore of course! I respect boundaries of animals and owners alike, whether that be physical such as a room not to enter or mental such as a certain word that an animal doesn't like to hear. If I am provided with rules I will follow them like a mantra.

“Linda was wonderful! She took great care of all our pets, kept us very well informed, and was very gracious and friendly as well! Will definitely work with her again”

About: I truly treat pets like they are people. I am always gentle and kind to all animals, and I make sure their needs are met. I want to make your pets feel at home even when you are away. I would want the best from my boy when I am away, so I want to provide that service to others! I am full-time employee so I can stop in before and after work on weekdays, and I am free weekends for endless playing ! (I can stay in the evening during the week until around 8-9) I am very respectful of other people’s spaces and would be happy to meet your animal where they are! I do NOT offer boarding currently.

I work Monday through Friday as a full time government employee but I can do the evening checks and weekends for you and your furbaby I am able to come to you and your furbaby when you are away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs and would always help neighbors, friends, family, etc with their animals. I’ve walked dogs, stayed with them over night, house sat, and so much more! I’m currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to spend with your animals. If needed, I will make time to ensure your animals are cared for! Within my own home, I ensure my cats and dogs all receive plenty of love and attention. When my family first brought them home, I made sure to take the time to learn their personalities and attitudes. I took the time to learn what toys they liked, how and where they like pets and so much more! Each pet has a different personality which I’m eager to learn about! I know it takes time for animals to adjust just as it takes time for people to. For my animals, the cats took longer to explore than my dogs. I was patient and waited for them to find their way!

Amanda D.
“Amanda is an animal-lover through and through and an excellent choice for a pet sitter. She looked after my beloved senior dog many a time and I trust her completely. My pup was not only cared for (including a medication regimen and particular diet) but loved and well attended to. This girl would have ten dogs if it was feasible--she absolutely loves animals. She's also a bit of a neat freak: great in-home sitter if you're going out of town. Would highly recommend.”
