“This was my first time using rover. My puppy Baxter is only 12 weeks old and I was super nervous about leaving him with someone who is not family. I messaged Jen and she got back to me immediately. She was very receptive of his schedule and needs. Puppy’s are a lot of work and she has done amazing with him. I get frequent pictures and updates. She has taken him on walks, and she makes sure he is well exercised. She really does love and care for him like he is her own! I would recommend Jen to anyone who is Leary about dropping their pets off with someone they have never met before. I am so thankful to be able to leave him with confidence. Initially, I reached out to have her handle some dinners a couple of times a year but then I had an unexpected death in the family that required me to go out of town for seven days.
