“Julie is awesome! She went way above and beyond what I expected and made huge efforts to make Ginger (my high-energy Harrier) comfortable in her home. I love that she used positive reinforcement to keep Ginger inline instead of negative feedback. Ginger even escaped from her house and thank goodness Julie was able to call her back. Julie sent tons of updates via video and pictures keeping me well informed of everything going on during her stay. Ginger had ZERO separation anxiety when I picked her up and brought her back to my house. She normally has very extreme separation anxiety and I was out of town for a long time, so this was a HUGE relief for me (and Ginger I imagine as well!) Having Ginger stay in a loving home environment was so much better for her than the typical dog boarding environments. I feel like I picked up Ginger from an extended sleepover, not an exity filled environment typical to boarding. I highly recommend Julie to watch your pet!!! She scheduled time for our dogs to meet in a public area first followed by a tour of her home and yard where Sebastian would be staying. Allison is the best! This is the second time we’ve used her and she’s nothing short of wonderful. She lives on our baby like they’re her own and she updated us so consistently that we felt like he was with us. I’ve used sooo many dogsitters in the past having had dogs my whole life & none compare to her level of service !
I really wanted to leave a good review but I would be very careful booking her. I ignored the previous 1 star review that she got to be unbiased, but she does not care for good customer service. She got away with up charging me and won’t refund me for the extra day that she did not service my pet since I paid her outside of Rover. She cut off communication after I politely asked for a refund, which she agreed that she would, and then never did.
I’ll leave as many glowing reviews for Lauren and Colin as I can! They just watched our dog, Haley, for 10 days and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lauren is extremely communicative, shares several photos throughout the day, and asks questions if needed. I’m a worrywart but when Haley is with Lauren I’m totally relaxed. I’m lowkey worried Haley won’t want to leave all of her buddies and come home. Can’t recommend Lauren enough!
You want your dogs at Franceska’s! Wow, great house and backyard. Their dogs are great and our dogs became great friends. Franceska kept us up to date with pictures and let us know how they were doing daily. They had a great time. We have a senior dog and a puppy; they handled both with ease. Really great people to work with. Will have them take care of our dogs again!
