“What a great experience for all! Beretta loved her stay, we went away with out worry, and Andria's family loved the interaction with our dog for a few days!! From the moment of meeting Andria's family, I could tell that this was a perfect setting and a good match to fill our needs for skipping towns for a few days. Half the battle sometimes, as a pet owner, is setting up boarding for your fur baby, and then being able to relax while your away that your dog's needs are being met! Not one time did I worry, or even consider that Beretta would have a terrible adjustment for the few days we were out of town. It was great to get the pictures daily, and the updates on how the status was on our pooch! Beretta looked like she was right at home ....only she wasn't....she was in Andria's and interacting so well with her family! If you need to be rest assured that your dog is well taking care of, having personal attention and affection giving through out the days, and being cared for with proper dietary needs and bathroom breaks, then I highly recommend Andria! Beretta, is kind of a "high" maintenance pup...(she requires a coat and shoes when going out in snowy weather....and it was snowy the whole time of her stay....) and not one squabble from Andria about accommodating getting her shoes on, or her jacket when taking her outside. Andria, thank you. Thank you for your attention to detail, the meeting up prior to the actual stay, the daily messages and updates with photos, and your gentle nature and calmness. You were the real MVP of our mini getaway, and we appreciate you taking care of Beretta immensely!”

About: I am a young woman looking to earn some extra money outside my 8-5 job. I would love to work with you and your pet! I live in the Brownstown/Woodhaven area and am open to watching your dogs at my home over the weekend or dog walking in the evenings. I have grown up around dogs since the day I was born, and love spending time with them. I have almost always had a family dog, and know how to help and care from them, young and old. I have had many years of experience watching dogs. I frequently did Rover in college, dog walked for several clients, and have pet sat since I was a teen. I have cared for all dogs, big and small. I am very familiar with Golden Retrievers, as that is the kind of dog my family has always had. I have helped take care of them as puppies, or as older adults. Some of the dogs I have regularly watched are mixed breeds, Havanese, Labs, Frenchies, German Shepherds, Various Doodle’s, Grey Hounds, Golden Retrievers, and Boston Terriers. However, I do love almost all dogs, big and small, as long as I am comfortable with them and they are comfortable with me. I also have experience with cats, as I owned one for 12 years. I am not allergic and generally do not have any problems with helping watch cats as well. I have experience in managing medications that need to be taken for dogs, and have no problems about keeping a well kept schedule to make sure that they stay on track, and actually consume their medicine. I enjoy spending time with the dogs themselves, whether that's cuddling, playing, or walking them. Please let me know if I seem like a good fit for you and your dog! I work full time 8 am - 5pm. I am available for dog walking in the evening, possibly the morning depending on the location. I am also available for boarding some weekends. I tend to treat animals I pet sit like I do my own animals. I make sure they get attention, exercise, adequate bathroom breaks, and much more. I am always happy to discuss what routine is already in place and see how I can maintain a similar routine.
