About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was born and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently do not have any dogs as my sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2026. I have experience with dogs of different ages, personalities, energy levels, temperaments and needs; from playful puppies to loving seniors who need a little extra patience, comfort and attention. I don't believe in simply "watching" a dog. I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while their family is away. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give each dog. I am attentive to their routines, personalities, body language and little quirks. Your dog won't just be another booking to me. They will be a guest in my home and treated like one of my own. I work from home and so I am here to provide attention and not just put them in a crate. Dogs will have free roam, unless requested to be in a crate from their family. I also only book one family at a time. I believe dogs do best when they receive plenty of individual attention so I keep my environment comfortable and just want to make their routine and stay feel as normal and comfortable as possible. I will offer photos, videos and updates so you can relax and know your pup is happy and doing well! I have cared for dogs through all stages of life, including senior care. I am comfortable with medications, routines, and keeping a close eye on changes in behavior or well-being and giving older dogs the extra TLC they may need. One of the most meaningful parts of my experience was caring for my own dog, Bear. When he was diagnosed with kidney disease, I was initially told that because he was almost 14, he may only have about six months. I devoted myself to his care and learned everything I could about CKD. I ultimately helped reverse his disease from stage 3 to stage 1 and he lived to be 16 1/2 . Caring for him taught me just how important patience, attentiveness, consistency and advocating for your pet can be. After a lifetime of having dogs by my side, I am not quite ready for another dog of my own yet, but I miss having a dog to care for and the joy they bring. Rover feels like the perfect way for me provide the kind of loving, attentive care I would want for my own without making it a full time commitment just yet. I would love to meet your pup and give them a wonderful home away from home while you're away! I currently work from home and can take breaks throughout the day, so your pup will get the care they need! About: I’ve had previous in home pet sitting experience watching a coworker’s ‘babies’. When they went on vacation I stayed with their pups for a few weeks and looked after them. I also tended to their plants and made sure to clean up around the house prior to them arriving back. The oldest dog had a specific soft food diet due to his bad teeth and the other needed frequent play, snuggle, and potty sessions because she was a smaller dog. They had a long-haired cat that I watched as well (which I found out I’m allergic to). I don’t mind taking care of cats as long as they are short-haired or hairless. I can also stop by to feed, walk, and let your dog(s) outside to potty. I’m available for dog walking and drop-ins weekly! I've done lengthier stays while pet parents have been out of town on vacation. Some previous clients also had a cat that I would take care of as well. I love to spoil animals rotten, so if I am stopping by to let out your pet(s) I will make sure they receive tons of love and treats!

For cats, it is play and more play; plus fresh water and treats, then snuggling when we are done.

I am able to let dogs out if needed during my break no problem. I am a morning person who will be able to make sure pets can stick to their routines and care for them as needed. I am available for morning, evening, and overnight care. I will care for your pets as if they were my own. I can stick to their normal routines for feeding, walks, and playtime so that they can feel comfortable while you're away. When staying in my clients home, I am extremely respectful of their space. I am a very clean and organized person who knows how to pick up after themselves. I'm also open to sending cute pics of your furry friends so you can have piece of mind.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. As a kid, we always had at least 3 dogs! As an adult, I adopted my own dog, a miniature daschund, who lived to be 16.5 years old, and I also had a cocker spaniel, who lived to be 12 years old. About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was born and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I currently do not have any dogs as my sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2026. I have experience with dogs of different ages, personalities, energy levels, temperaments and needs; from playful puppies to loving seniors who need a little extra patience, comfort and attention. I don't believe in simply "watching" a dog. I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and at home while their family is away. What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give each dog. I am attentive to their routines, personalities, body language and little quirks. Your dog won't just be another booking to me. They will be a guest in my home and treated like one of my own. I work from home and so I am here to provide attention and not just put them in a crate. Dogs will have free roam, unless requested to be in a crate from their family. I also only book one family at a time. I believe dogs do best when they receive plenty of individual attention so I keep my environment comfortable and just want to make their routine and stay feel as normal and comfortable as possible. I will offer photos, videos and updates so you can relax and know your pup is happy and doing well! I have cared for dogs through all stages of life, including senior care. I am comfortable with medications, routines, and keeping a close eye on changes in behavior or well-being and giving older dogs the extra TLC they may need. One of the most meaningful parts of my experience was caring for my own dog, Bear. When he was diagnosed with kidney disease, I was initially told that because he was almost 14, he may only have about six months. I devoted myself to his care and learned everything I could about CKD. I ultimately helped reverse his disease from stage 3 to stage 1 and he lived to be 16 1/2 . Caring for him taught me just how important patience, attentiveness, consistency and advocating for your pet can be. After a lifetime of having dogs by my side, I am not quite ready for another dog of my own yet, but I miss having a dog to care for and the joy they bring. Rover feels like the perfect way for me provide the kind of loving, attentive care I would want for my own without making it a full time commitment just yet. I would love to meet your pup and give them a wonderful home away from home while you're away!
