“Easy to work with, very friendly. We lost our 11 yr old English Bulldog a few short weeks before our mini vacation and got a new puppy. They worked with us by going from expecting to care of a senior dog to canceling that reservation because of our loss and then taking on the challenges of a much more energetic, still being trained, puppy. Samantha (and family) were great throughout the entire process. Let’s be clear on the task we asked Samantha to take on…which was boarding our five month old Labrador puppy…for ten days…which added an additional layer of chaos. Samantha happily agreed to care for our dog and her communication, which included updates and pics, was excellent throughout the process. We were able to visit family overseas with the peace of mind that our puppy was being well cared for by Samantha (and her family). We would have our puppy stay with Samantha again without hesitation.
