I can't wait to meet your pet! PLEASE READ MY FULL PROFILE! I have always loved animals! I have been dog sitting for 6 years now. I have a AAS in animal science, dairy. I grew up on a farm and have also worked as a veterinary assistant for 5 years. I currently have no dogs but have grown up with dogs and owned one myself. My family currently owns 10 goats and two bunnies. I am comfortable giving medications if necessary. I am a mom to a 16, 13 and 10 year old ...all whom share my love for animals. Any pet staying with me MUST be kid friendly. I can not board a dog that jumps up at people. I can only board friendly pets, if your dog has ever snapped or bitten anyone, please seek another sitter. I can not compromise my family's safety. I am also available to care for other animals if needed. I have experience caring for goats, chickens, pigs, cows and rabbits. I am also canine and feline cpr and first aid certified! I hope to meet your pet soon!

Amanda was super accommodating and sweet. Her property is beautiful and our pup seemed to be fascinated with the other animals she has on her farm. He was a tired boy when we picked up him up. Strongly recommend using her, and we will absolutely be a repeat customer if we come back this way on our travels.
1st time with the sitter and there were no issues. We did not have any concerns leaving Charlie in her care.

Schedule
Dog walking and pet care is my full time job. My family and I loves spending time with dogs and going for walks or playing ball with dogs.

I have my own dog crate is that's something your pet is used to using... but it's not a requirement. Every dog will be leashed for potty breaks and exercise, Except for in my small section of fenced in yard. I will treat your pet as if they are my own!
A typical day
I love to go for walks, if an owner allows me to I like to take their dog for a longer hike or run in woods. My kids love to play ball and cuddle with the pets that I watch.

- I would like to know what your dogs favorite things are; walking, playing ball, chewing toys or ....sleeping. I would like to know how your dog reacts to other dogs and people. I would like to know if your pet is used to staying away from home, or if this is their first time. I can only accept dogs that are friendly, because I have children. I also require proof of updated vaccines before booking a pet. If your pet needs medical care while with me I will notify you first then use your regular vet if possible, or an emergency vet... you will be responsible for expenses acquired during their stay. I will not be responsible for damages/incidents arising while I am caring for your pet, this includes to your home, another pet or another person. Accepting a booking with me states that you agree to those above items.
