About: Looking for the perfect person to care for your pet this summer? Look no further! My name is Justine and I have been caring for pets my entire life. Walking, exercising, basic grooming, training, I do it all! When your pet is with me, I will care for him/her as if they are my own. Communicating with you about all your petcare preferences, I will assure you that you can be at ease leaving your little love behind. Furthermore, I will update you with pictures of all your pets snuggles and adventures! I have experience with all kinds of pets, all ages, dietary restrictions, special needs, etc. My own dog, Oaklin, I trained to be a therapy dog and he used to work with me at a school. He is extremely friendly and if you are booking for your dog, he would love to tag along for a puppy play date (which is excellent for socialization and helps ease separation anxiety). Please let me know if you would like to book Oaklin as well for your dog's drop-in visit or walk. I always bring Oaklin on overnights with me, as I am a single dog mom myself. From June 28-August 8th I have open availability! Currently, I am a teacher, so I'm only available 5 PM or later on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends until June 28th. . I have cared for pets with varrying energy levels, ages, training, interests, and health conditions. When I care for your pet, I will treat it as if it is my own. I will be an extention of you while you are away to keep things as normal for your pet as possible. Let's chat about your pets needs and figure out what works best for your pet.

I also do iunchtime let out and trips to groomer or vet, i am a stickler for detail and follow directions as you determine necessarry. It is important to always be flexible for your fur babies because they are just as unpredictable as humans are. I always make sure to always be attentive to their needs and never neglect them when they need you the most. Dogs as they get older develop their own routines themselves and will make sure their humans are aware of it too which is important to always pay attention. I care for the pets in my home and others by always respecting their boundaries and always making sure they are comfortable and safe first.

I’m a certified professional dog trainer with 10+ years of experience working in many niches of the dog world! I’ve spent years managing a training department in an animal shelter, raised neonate puppies, trained service dogs, and am currently enjoying competing in dog sports with my own pups. I discovered my passion for dogs during my 7 years working on a horse farm. I have experience caring for more than just dogs and cats- I’ve also owned rabbits and reptiles and have cared for horses, small critters, fish, and even cows. I have a special soft spot for the big dogs, especially typically misunderstood breeds. I take pride in my ability to read an animal’s body language and treat them with the utmost respect, which includes respecting their boundaries and adjusting myself accordingly should they have any behavior concerns. I’m comfortable with pets of all shapes and sizes and can’t wait to meet yours! I have great news for your pet- I make my own schedule, so my availability is flexible and able to cater to your (and their!) needs! I treat each client’s home as my own, often leaving it cleaner than I found it! I will follow whatever specific instructions you leave for me and I bring in your mail, water your plants, poop scoop your yard, clean your pet’s bowls, etc.
