“Curtis and Lindsay were great, sharing pictures and communicating the whole time we were away. Our pup appeared content, happy and tired out when we brought her home. Would definitely recommend!”

“Jim and Mary took excellent care of Milo as usual! He’s a very anxious dog but does very well in their care! They sent lots of pictures so I could see how he was doing. I didn’t worry about him at all while I was away!”

“Nancy was absolutely fantastic with Ringo. He can be a nervous pup in new environments, but we could relax on our vacation knowing we had left him in a loving home. The daily updates were great and we could tell that Ringo had made himself right at home :).”

“We had a great experience with Karen & Patrick! She kept in contact with us throughout the stay and sent pictures, let us know how Ozzy was eating and how he did with the fireworks. Ozzy really enjoyed his time there and their son took to Ozzy right away. Hoping to be able to use them again in the future!”

“Daisy had a wonderful time they send updates witch put my mind at ease because this was my 1st time leaving her I was nervous they are wonderful we will be back again”

“Cola was well taken care of for her overnight stay with Auana! I received photo updates and they treated her like one of their own! Even going the extra mile to brush her and send her back so happy :)”

“Terry R did an amazing, amazing job caring for my fur girl. He was extremely communicative (her eating, sleeping and potty habits) as well as pics. Moving forward, Terry WILL be my first choice for her care and I highly recommend Terry.”

“Phyo is a patient and excellent sitter! My dog, Tony can sometimes be a bit difficult, and Phyo was patient during our first meet and greet. He also lives in a great neighborhood, so you can be rest assured that you furry friend will have a great time staying with him. I will be using Phyo again!”

“Ken did a wonderful job with Jackson! It was his first time with him. He was extremely communicative and kept me updated throughout the entire time with regular messages and pictures. It was so reassuring to see how well Jackson was doing and how much care Ken was giving him. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful updates — it made all the difference. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great first experience! Our rescue pup Hailey is 1.5 years old and has previously only been at a family member’s home when we were away. Lora allowed us to come meet her beforehand and ask questions which allowed her to see if it would be a good fit as well. We dropped Hailey off on a Sat evening and received photos, videos, and updates during our trip which was just under a week. Our dog has allergies and we’re reintroducing foods so that was something we needed Lora to support and she did with no issue. Lora even got Hailey to take her daily allergy meds which is difficult for us sometimes! Hailey definitely liked Lora and had an absolute blast running around the beautiful fenced in yard. Great care, compassion, and cuddles- Hailey will be back for sure!”

“Jon and Mary took great care of our Faye. We haven't left our puppy with anyone before so we were very nervous. They put us at ease by talking to us for a while about their rover experience. They have two adorable, friendly, fun loving labs that played with our little Faye. Their family all pitched in to keep Faye happy and active. We will definitely be using Jon and Mary again. Highly recomend!”

“Francine is a true dog lover who ensures our dog Camden is well cared for and loved. She has a large backyard for running and fun and shares her home with the dogs so they are comfortable as well. Camden comes home happy and tired whenever he has been there.”

“Alonni was amazing from our initial meet & greet to when we decided to move forward with the booking. It was our first time using Rover and being away from our little Shih Tzu and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Alonni answered all our questions, made us and our puppy feel welcomed when we first met, and kept us updated with photos of our puppy throughout his stay. We highly recommend Alonni if you’re looking for someone who will care for your pet and make you feel at ease knowing they’re safe and well cared for.”

“What a fantastic experience. Kimberly is super professional and clearly very experienced. I never had a single concern and was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my babies were fine!”

“Jessica and her family embraced my baby Chase like he was apart of their family. He spent an entire week with her and the experience was amazing. She will be my forever sitter.”

“Gail took great care of Hiro for a last minute booking. She sent numerous updates with pics and videos. Would highly recommend and going to use her again for a longer trip.”

“Jena was AMAZING! My dog thoroughly enjoyed himself the week he stayed with Jena. She sent lots of pictures throughout his stay and kept in contact with us. I highly recommend her. She also has a very spacious backyard and there was a ton of play time and time outdoors. Cannot recommend her enough. We definitely will be booking with her in the near future.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Woodbine
Nothing but positive things to say about Curtis and Lindsay. They watched our two dogs for a few days and everything went great! Communication was spot on. Lots of updates on how our pups were doing. Made our dogs feel like they were at their home away from home. Great family!

Our dogs Penny and Brody had a wonderful stay with Curtis and Lindsay. They were wonderful hosts and accepted our "last minute" booking. They provided regular feedback including pictures and videos of our dogs running and playing in their yard. We will definitely try to book with them again in the future.

I never left my two pugs with a sitter before, so I was quite apprehensive about doing so because they're not the easiest to look after and they require extra time and effort. One gets twice-daily insulin injections, and both need strong "encouragement" to eat. Jess was confident she could handle it, so I took a chance with her, and I'm glad I did. She cared for them over 6 days in her house, and I am completely convinced she gave them excellent care during their visit. Jess took the time necessary to ensure they ate, which was my biggest concern. I now know that when I need pet sitter services again, I will seek out Jess and not have any worries about leaving my pugs with her.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
