About: I grew up on a farm so I have had animals of all sorts since I was little. I ran an equine boarding facility for 2 and a 1/2 years caring for up to 25 horses at a time. I am currently halfway through my degree to become a vet technician. My husband and I own 3 horses 2 dogs 4 cats and and 4 fish. I love taking our dogs for walks and hiking. Our cats enjoy playing with toy mice, the laser point, and eating treats 😋 We foster cats, so I have dealt with cats of all shapes and sizes! I also have worked with dogs that have a more aggressive/cautious personality. I am willing to work with them as well! Your animals will be in great hands! 😊 I currently work part-time so late morning to late afternoons are the best! My classes are in the evening and we take our dogs on walk in the morning before my husband goes to work. Midday walks and dropins are perfect! About: Hi my name is Fran. I’m a mostly stay at home Mom in Mt. Airy with a 3 year old and 6 year old and 1 year old. We live on 5 acres, all fenced, across from the state park and in addition to 2 dogs have horses, chickens, and an outside cat. We have a huge fenced in backyard, with lots of trails in walking distance! My experience administering medication Yes I have no problem administering medication. Including injections I’m currently a stay at home mom and almost always home so your dog will never be left alone for long periods of time!! My 5 year old is great with dogs and will give your animals plenty of love and attention!!! We have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room to run! Your dog will be let out frequently and get plenty of exercise!! I try and take the dogs for a long walk at least once a day. Your dog will have free roam of the house, but we are more than happy to crate if you provide one. Our dogs eat in the am and pm, however we can accommodate your dogs feeding schedule.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, I’ve learned that every pup is different and deserves care that’s just as unique as they are. I believe quality time for bonding, play and affection is just as important as food/potty breaks for pet happiness. The best part of pet sitting is the quality time spent with your pet after all the business is done! I have a flexible schedule so I'm able to make most times work. I can walk, feed, water, scrub bowls, medicate (comfortable administering oral meds to dogs and cats), clean up as needed, play with and generally whatever is needed to keep your pet on a regular schedule. We have 2 friendly smaller dogs and a dog door & ramp straight out to the fenced backyard. The house is one level with only 1 step in and out. There are crates set up in multiple locations and there are ways to separate animals safely if ever needed. Someone is home all day every day, pets are never kept without heat or AC.

Baby gates are in place throughout the home to create separated zones as needed, keeping cats and dogs comfortable and giving everyone their own space to decompress. Yard & outdoor time My yard is not fenced, so all outdoor time is leashed. With 6 to 7 walks a day, dogs get more than enough fresh air and exercise — and they're never left unattended outside. Crating A small dog crate is available if a pet is crate-trained or needs a quiet retreat. I'm also happy to use a crate provided by the owner if your dog is more comfortable in their own space.

At night, your dog will stay comfortably inside our home. They are welcome to sleep on the floor or in their preferred sleeping area. If your dog feels more comfortable in a crate, I can move their crate upstairs and place it next to my bed so they can feel secure and relaxed throughout the night. About: I owned a dog for 13 years before she passed away, I was in charge of feeding her and I would take care of her while my parents were gone. I also have watched cats several times while they’re owners are away. I work 2 part time jobs, so weekday care might look differently than the weekend, but I am always willing to try and fit watching your pet into it my schedule! I’m currently working part time at a salon but also coaching for a college volleyball team. I have free hours during the day and night so I’m very flexible with my availability! Although I’m not open to boarding dogs in my own home, I do take care of my dogs everyday. I’m used to feeding and taking care of them. Letting them out and cleaning up after them in my yard.
About: I have always had a cat and dog of my own growing up but I love all animals big and small. Whenever my family, friends, and neighbors need pet care I am always their first call! I have many years of experience, practically my whole life, because I am known as a trustworthy and reliable caretaker. I make sure to give any animals love and attention and treat other’s animals as if they are my own. I always go above and beyond when caring for animals making sure they are happy and healthy. I have walked, fed, and cared for animals of many kinds. I love keeping them company while their owners are busy and I am willing and able to clean up after them.
About: I am a long-time animal lover and human companion to many dogs! I adore my 4 rescue dogs, my 2 rescue cats, and my 2 happy humans! We spend our time creating a fun, happy, positive atmosphere full of good energy! I am experienced in caring for all types of dogs and cats, chickens, small animals, and have basic equine care experience. I have cared for dogs for over 30 years. I have fostered and provided support for dogs from young puppies to seniors that require special treatment, diet, medication and/or physical assistance, including amputee rehabilitation. One of my rescues (Penny) is blind, Luna has a single lung after three heart surgeries, and two are active seniors, Lani and Fiji! I use touch therapy on my dogs, along with holistic methods and work hard to keep our home full of health and happiness. Making sure our beautiful companions are comfortable, happy, and healthy is my goal! I feed my own dogs a holistic and healthy diet, and make their food and snacks myself. I volunteer with a local pet rescue group, where I transport animals, and help the organization with applications and adoptions. My true passion is to make babies with 4 legs wag their tails and show me that their hearts are truly happy! I am excited to bring my love, care, and joy to your pets, too!

“We left Lucky, our 9-year-old shepherd-lab mix, with Christopher for a week. It was the first time we engaged Christopher. Lucky usually has some anxiety during dropoff and with men, but Christopher immediately sensed it and decided to take him for a walk before I left. I appreciated that a lot. On past occasions, the anxiety has often meant Lucky doesn't eat for 1-2 days, or has an upset stomach--none of that happened this time. We got pictures and videos every day, and Christopher was responsive throughout. We will definitely want to use his boarding services again for Lucky.”
