They were more than willing to come over for multiple drop-in visits prior to my trip to spend time with me personally, learn the pets’ routines, and let my dog and cat get to know and enjoy them. They’re kind, responsible people with a definite way with animals and commitment to their care. We communicated daily and the pictures of obviously happy pets were very much appreciated. About: I have grown up and still have cats and dogs of my own. As well as cared for many other peoples cats and dogs so they could be out of town. I ensure you that I am experienced in the pet sitting field and will make your feline and K- Nine as happy as possible. I am currently a student at Iowa State university so my schedule is very flexible. I will be able to take care of all your pets and homes as much as need or as much as you would like me to! I am willing to commute to homes to care for pets and any thing else in your homes that need a little TLC! I am unable to board pets at my own home but am more than willing to come to yours!

About: I have had pets my entire life and have been working at a veterinary clinic for approximately four years. In this role, I've had extensive experience in animal care, including handling, feeding, bathing, and administering medications to all types of dogs and cats. I currently have one dog and two cats. I feed them both morning and night. I typically take my dog outside 3-4 times a day to go to the bathroom and play. I would treat my client's pets like I would treat my own, with love and care. I try to remain patient and calm, and take it slow if a pet isn't listening. I will always ask the client if the animal has any special needs and ensure those are met. I will also ensure that the animal feels safe and comfortable with me.

About: I am a student at Iowa State University, eager to get some good puppy love. After moving from northern Illinois, I miss my family dogs dearly and want to help others with their dogs and give them the attention they deserve. Growing up, I had many dogs and cats, ranging from small to very large dogs. I am also experienced handling less friendly dogs, and am good at making connections with them. I’m currently working part time as a customer services representative at Iowa State’s Recreation Services and do research remotely in a lab at the university. I tend to be able to do early mornings or afternoons! My apartment is safe, secured by multiple locked doors and is regularly cleaned and uncluttered. At a clients house, I am sure to respect your pet’s way of life and the house rules as well.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 11 I’ve had my own personal dogs for 5 years now and then I used to work at a dog grooming shop as a groomer and still am on the side! But I’ve recently became a stay at home mom for a sweet 4 month old boy! I’ve also worked at dog daycare center as well. I also am a cat mom to and almost 15 year old kitty! She is my soul kitty and I love her dearly! I recently became a stay at home mom and I’m wanting to make a little extra money to help my husband out! My schedule is pretty flexible and taking care of animals comes easy to me! I personally leave my dogs out day and night. They typically sleep with my husband and I in bed and are the worst bed hogs😂. We take them on evening walks a few times a week and also like to take them on car rides to my parents house! But I’m open to care for my clients animals any type of way they prefer!

About: I have owned puppies, adopted pets, as well as taken care of seniors. I have experience with cats, dogs, hamsters, and fish. I am open to birds and reptiles as well. I have taken care of dogs on our property for the last few years, but prefer to take care of animals in their own environment. I am currently teaching full-time, so can work on weekends. Then from June-mid August I have full week availability. I do not require much notice, as I am fairly flexible. I prefer to take care of animals in their own environment. This keeps their stress down, during the time you are gone. I am very careful to follow all instructions and will always ask first if something requires clarity.
