“We couldn’t ask for a better experience with Chad. Our family stayed in Smugglers’ Notch/Stowe area and our resort (if you do timeshare, you understand) doesn’t allow pets. We still wanted our dog close and finding Chad is awesome. He took the time to discuss ahead of boarding all necessary details about Pakun. He even asked for written notes and sent daily pictures and videos. We are kept updated especially with important details about our dog’s behavior. We could tell our Pakun was treated so well. Our English Springer’s hair was not tangled and he was clean when we picked him up. It is hard to believe since our dog has videos of walks, playing in the park and playdates with other dogs,he even did enrichment activities. Our dog is used to group boarding when we go on vacation, he usually comes back smelly and all tangled up. We are so pleased with our experience this time and we are so glad we brought him to have his own vacation with Chad.”

When highways were closed due to an unforeseen nor’easter, Kevin without hesitation generously offered to keep Bentley on if necessary. We love that Kevin works at home so there would be someone with Bentley in a cozy, relaxed setting, a much better alternative to boarding at a kennel, especially for a social family dog like ours who needs regular loving human interaction. About: Hello! My name is Steph and I have been living in Vermont for about 10 years now. I am a young professional who loves animals end enjoy helping others in caring for their pups! I own a mini Australian Shepherd named Oakley who is 6 years old. He joins me on most of my adventures that include running, biking hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and overall just be outside. Spending time in the area I know great spots for pet adventures. I have been dog walking for 8+ years with dogs of all ages & sizes. I am capable of continuing training plans, giving medications, and any other pet needs. Please don't hesitate if you have any questions. I aim to provide the best services possible & I look forward to getting to know you and your fur babies! I have a very flexible schedule over this summer and can provide daily pet care walks and services. I am also home most of the day. I currently live in a town house that has multiple floors & an open floor plan. I do not currently have a fenced in back yard however I live in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walks and have nearby access to multiple trail networks.
About: I've owned and taken care of dogs my entire life. I'm proud to be one of the first people friends and family call when a petsitter is needed. I love walking, and I love dogs. This seems like the perfect opportunity to exercise and get my animal fix! I'm currently working full-time Monday through Friday. I can do evening walks after 5:00 PM (as weather allows) and I can do weekends between 9:00 AM - 6 PM. My current apartment doesn't allow pets, but I can housesit on weekends or in the evenings if the location is somewhat close to my work in Waterbury. I'm a long-time vegetarian, and have always had an extra sensitive heart when it comes to animals. I think that earning an animal's trust is such a privilege and gift, and I honor that. I cannot house pets in my current apartment, but I will follow the guidance and knowledge of the owners in their homes and while on walks.
