He was well taken care of like a family and very calm when I picked him up. Sallie is very kind and updated us with pictures of him playing. We are pleased and looking forward for next booking. On a special note, I've had good sitters before, but this time, returning home, I didn't have to deal with any lingering pet odors or mess. Ms. Monica's home was impeccably clean and fresh, you wouldn't even know pets had been there. That was a huge bonus for me!”

“I'd recommend Michael to anyone. We were first time Rover users and a little nervous. He suggested a meet and greet before we committed to the appointment; we accepted and got a great vibe from the start. Our dog is older and has some personality quirks and a little separation anxiety. Michael and his wife were able to easily deal with her and show her a good time, keeping us updated daily with pics and texts. They accommodated Birdie's preferred sleeping arrangements and gave her plenty of opportunity to socialize with people and other dogs in a low stress environment, which was a huge reason we didn't want to send her to a typical kennel/pet spa. Additionally, Birdie had some minor stomach issues while we were out of town and they kept us informed and updated and gave us a reliable opinion on if/when she should be taken to a vet. They watched Birdie for a week and we got her back happy and healthy, and we wouldn't hesitate to send her to them again in the future.”
