I moved to Elizabethton just before Thanksgiving to be with my parents and I became the primary caregiver for my father, who has dementia. It’s a responsibility I’m proud to take on. Getting out of the house to walk, play with, and fall in love with your pets is exactly what I need to stay balanced. Since I manage my dad’s daily tasks, I have a very flexible schedule and the time to truly focus on your fur-babies. I’m looking for that 'pet therapy' a reason to get out and about just as much as your pets are looking for a loving caregiver. I’ll be there whenever you need me to even in short notice! Safety and trust are my top priorities. When I am in your home, I am respectful of your space and extremely vigilant about door safety and environment hazards. I am honest about my capabilities; I would never attempt a medical or care task if I wasn't 100% confident I could do it safely. My vehicle is also set up for safety, with plenty of room and when needed a leash that conect to their collar or harness then buckes to the backseat so your pets are secure while we are on the go.

About: I have a certificate in pet cpr and veterinary assistant I love animals big and small I have 3 dogs of my own and 2 cats My weekly routine consists of daily walks, the occasional brushing, daily nutrition needs, along with making sure they have enough human interaction and general lovings I care for my pets on daily basis this includes brushing them feeding them walking them. About: Hi! I’m currently a DPT student, which means my days can be busy—but spending time with animals is something I genuinely look forward to. I’ve always had a love for pets and understand how important it is to know they’re in good hands. Even with a full academic schedule, I’m organized, responsible, and intentional with my time. When I’m with your pet, they’ll have my full attention—whether that’s getting their energy out on a walk or just relaxing and feeling comfortable at home. Pet care is also a meaningful way for me to help pay for school, so I’m grateful for every opportunity and take that responsibility seriously. Im a current physical therapy student but my summer class schedule is lighter. I don’t have full days of class so I have periods to leave for walking and potty breaks and I’m home most of the day Fri - Sunday now! If they are up for it, I can take them on trips around JC and to the dog park (I love off leash!) I can also be available for any overnight visits, and am usually free for a whole weekend. My apartment is close to downtown so has many walkable areas for your pets. There’s a big field next to my apartment that’s perfect for potty breaks. I can separate the upstairs from the downstairs if they need to be kept away from certain rooms, but they have plenty of room to roam in my apartment! In my clients home I can provide any services as needed such as walking them, playing in the yard, or crating.

About: No animal is too much for me! Snakes, rats, anything! I love any species of animal, and no animal is too hard for me to take care of! The rarer the better! Just give me the rundown of what your pet needs, and I can do it! No matter how nasty or scary! I can care for pets as much as you need! Obviously, I need to take care of my little kitty, Binx, but I will always find time for your pets as well! Any pet is as precious as my own to me! I care for my kitty, Binx, like he is my own son. He is spoiled, and everyone loves him! He is the kindest kitty and was raised to know what and what not to do. He's a smart little fella, and the way I raised him is definitely a huge factor in this.

About: I have loved animals of every kind since I was a child. I’ve had numerous dogs in my life, and I currently have my own cat. I would want the best care possible for my pets, and I know you do too! I promise to treat and love them as my own :) I have experience working with dogs with anxiety disorders as well! I am a college student, with weekday availability. My weekends are not currently available! I believe that pets should be cared for intently, and I would want to be as attentive as possible. I treat my pet like any other member of my family, because they are. I care for my cat deeply, and want to provide her the best care possible. I would want my pets to have a loving and safe sitter, so I want that for you too! Pets would be loved and receive much attention!

About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a young child. I use to volunteer at our local Shelter. I enjoy walking and playing with the dogs and giving lots of scratches and love and cuddles. I'm able to take them to appointments, feed them, etc. I currently have my precious best friends Buddy who is a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix and Cooper a Beagle, Chihuahua, Poodle mix! Buddy loves to walk in the park and play just like all our 4 legged friends and his younger brother Copper loves to do Zoomies in the house and yard, loves to kay in the sun and play with squeaky balls! I also have a cockatiel named Sora. 7 parakeets, named Sweetie, Little Foot, Baby, Neptune, Snow, Sunflower, and Millet. 1 cat named Kisa, and 1 Plecostomus or sucker fish named Archie! I love to spend time with and give lots of tender loving care to them all! I work 4 days a week but not late thankfully, so I'm always around to take care of my fur, feather, and scale, babies! We all love to play but also to learn different tricks and fun things to play with. I have a fenced in yard that my dogs have access to through a doggy door. I have a large indoor aviary for my birds, and my Sucker fish Archie has a large tank to himself!

About: Need someone to care for your babies? Im just the person you’re looking for! I have been doing pet care for about 4+ years. I love caring for animals of any type and size!! I have been in 4-h training with my dog growing up so I have some experience with training as well! I know our furry friends can be timid at times so I am more than willing to let them slowly adjust! So if drop in visits are needed I can provide! I have experience with many animals, other than cats and dogs as well! I can’t wait to get started! I have owned 4 guinea pigs and a hamster so I have lots of experience with small animals! (I am currently not doing drop off stays) I do work full time so I am willing to work anytime after 3:30pm Mon-Fri and anytime Saturday and Sunday. Of course I am more than willing to accommodate if need to be! I am currently not scheduling any appointments at my personal apartment but I do have my own fur babies who are so spoiled! As in me walking or coming to your home to care for your fur babies, safety is always the most important priority to me! I also love to send pictures to update you how everything is going!
